How much ketamine is safe
So how much K is safe to do in one session?
So how much K is safe to do in one session?
Some stuff that may or may not answer your questions:
First I crush (glass crusher on a mirror) the grains into a very fine powder.
Then I lay out a couple of small lines (10-20mg or so) and do those 2 (got two nostrils...) at a time.
I've found that doing small lines is a lot more effective than railing big ones.
Definitely more pleasant too.
My nose likes it better too and much more K enters the bloodstream directly instead of dripping down my throat and going the oral route.
I try to snort a bit every 1-3 minutes, but once it's working really well that often becomes a bit problematic.
Time quickly starts to warp and occasionally loop or even run backward.
At that point it's not much of an issue, I just snort some when I think of it or feel like it.
As soon as it's unfolded the way I like it I only do the occasional maintenance dose.
If/when tolerance becomes an issue i.e. I need more than say a gram a night, I take a break of 10-20 days.
I usually sit or stand/walk, always with my eyes open.
In that manner I consciously avoid K-holing as it's not much use to me.
Fun yes but I don't get much else out of it. It does happen but it's rare.
K seems to mess with coordination like alcohol but that's not true, it's more like it slows reactions down so the timing is off. Hence the perceived clumsiness.
Activities that require coordination but not speed are as easy or easier than when sober.
Hatha yoga practice is greatly enhanced, possibly more so than with any other psychedelic. Except that I'm unable to do a headstand on K for the mentioned reason.
Anyway I often keep going like this for 6-10 hours.
I get no lethargy or hangover symptoms, and always feel great afterwards and the next day(s).
After LSD/mushrooms etc I don't like to work or work out the day after. No problem with K.
I'm totally unable to describe the K experience itself.
I can sort of explain about LSD etc but not K.
Weirdness.
where would be the best place to store ketamine powder, if you want to store it for a while 1+ years? I was thinking the FREEZER, is that a good or bad idea? or should I just store in desk drawer somewhere? Ketamine in crystallized form has a good shelf life? should I store it in a sealed container?
is there any supplements that would be useful if you are using ketamine on a regular basis.
Surely theres something that will prevent damage to the bladder?
any person who snorts a lot of powder should own some type of netty pot or nasal saline flush product. Basically it involves squirting saline water up one nostril and out the other. I used to get sinus infections all the time but ever since I got one type of saline flush system, I don't get them anymore.
personally, I've found that mixing K into solution is the best cure for this problem. You can get 200mg into 1ml of water. common pump sprayers squirt .137ml per squirt. So that works out to 1 squirt = 27mg. 2 squirts into each nostril and you're at ~100mg. the only problem with this is any evaporation leads to crystals forming, and ketamine in solution generally isn't a good idea for storage. Although for a night of using, this can be pretty useful, especially considering you can get pump sprayers that hold 5-10ml (so 1-2 grams).
If you are trying to flush your system, I would be careful. Make sure you keep a steady electrolyte intake (like gatorade).
A simple electrolyte drink can be home-made by using the correct proportions of water, sugar, salt, salt substitute for potassium, and baking soda. However, effective electrolyte replacements should include all electrolytes required by the body, including sodium chloride, potassium, magnesium, and calcium that can be either obtained in a sports drink or a solid electrolyte capsule
