Hello

I have heard that ketamine is sold at petrol stations in places such as Kenya.

Can anyone confirm or deny this, also I am interested in local laws for regulation i.e. is it prescription only or is it just like buying a mars bar.

Thanks for your help

A fiver a gram is still pretty expensive, you could buy it yourself from Chinese chemists in 2005 for £170 a kilo.

£170 a ki that's insane! How much is 'not cheap' for Cambodia? Although I was looking to spend time in Africa so if anyone could shed more light on the situation and prices in the African nations that would be much appreciated

Anyone able to answer my questions ie how much is 'not cheap' for Cambodia and does anyone have any information about any of the African nations, as I am planning on spending time there anyway.

Also if the vice article is true, does anyone know where the petrol stations buy their supply from?

Thanks for your help

I can't remember K being a fiver a gram in 2005. More like £25.

You're so square daddio :) - on the bright side, your £25 quid gram probably helped all the other grams still be a fiver in 2005 ;)

(seems appropriate to repeat that joke i pinched from the joke thread here: why did the hipster burn his nose?

because he snorted ketamine before it was cool (or something)

Ketamine was definitely available for £5/g in 2005 if you knew the right people, £10/g was common in the sw. £15/g seemed the standard in most other parts of the country. You from up north ismene? Seemed to be much less available in thhe north back then.

I'm afraid we can't answer alot of these questions for you as it's delving into sourcery area. Bluelight on the whole doesn't allow price discussion of any type as a rule but for some reason we tolerate personal amounts in EADD, certainly not bulk amounts, historical or otherwise.

All of that isn't aimed directly at you Lucy but this thread in general..

Keep to the rules please folks :)

Thanks for keeping me on track Scotch.
I was more just wondering if this chemical was openly sold, but I guess I did drift into price discussion.
Thanks again, if you know a way to ask what I want more specifically which would be in keeping with the rules and keep everyone on topic could you post it here or PM me it? I know it's not related to HR but just a point of curiosity

Ketamine wasn't even illegal in 2005 was it? (In the UK)

Pure stuff used to be £10-£15 a gram around 2010, then it kinda disappeared.
