In other words,
my circade's
seem to run on a 36-48 hour system,
regardless of drinkin', stimulants, or stimuli...
I also edon' like goin' to sleep,
unless I'm already asleep,
in which case I sleep fo' a long time.
It's frustratin' fo' me -
(yes - an' my partner, Miss E )
- but it
feels natural
&

my body...
I'mean
I don't nap well.
Naps tend to fuck me up.
A 5/6-8 hour sleep
is often
worse than not sleepin' fo' a coupla days...
This problabaly belongs in SO,
but Up-Early Is Up-Late, No?
I temper it & lay awake from 12 till 3.30 3/4 times a week,
w(if)e-WISE,
but it's just not my system.
I FEEL the LEAST anxious
& the
MOST active
the longer I stay awake.
It's very hard to explain to many.
You seem to hold awake...
