Well I have my Dads rather large TV set up at the end of the super comfy Queen size in my room. And the charming Hugh Grant in my xbox cued and waiting on the menu screen.
But the late night thread is where its all at right now.
 
I went to sleep on Sunday night and woke up Tuesday morning (2am). This is the second time this has happened in my life, but I'm not completely surprised this time because I only had 7-8 hours sleep over the weekend. Last time was pretty weird.

I sleep for no longer than 2 hours lately. I get up then go straight back to bed, but this has been going on for months. I did have one solid 7 hour sleep a couple of months ago which was a surpise.

I have been sitting in my chair on my verandah of a morning and falling asleep bolt upright for an hour or two. Due to this I am covered in Mossie bites and there has been warnings here lately about mozzie borne viruses. :|
On the plus side I dont snore sitting upright and tend to sleep better :)

In other words,
my circade's
seem to run on a 36-48 hour system,
regardless of drinkin', stimulants, or stimuli...

I also edon' like goin' to sleep,
unless I'm already asleep,
in which case I sleep fo' a long time.

It's frustratin' fo' me -
(yes - an' my partner, Miss E ;) )
- but it feels natural
&
right
fo
my body...

I'mean
I don't nap well.
Naps tend to fuck me up.
A 5/6-8 hour sleep
is often
worse than not sleepin' fo' a coupla days...

This problabaly belongs in SO,
but Up-Early Is Up-Late, No?

I temper it & lay awake from 12 till 3.30 3/4 times a week,
w(if)e-WISE,
but it's just not my system.

I FEEL the LEAST anxious
& the
MOST active
the longer I stay awake.

It's very hard to explain to many.

You seem to hold awake...

Did I happen to mention that I got a new cap?

New Era 59-fifty caps have been made from polyester now, but mine is 100% Wool.
That makes it special in my books.

I took that photo this afternoon when it was light UAN. (And only then I was just hiding my bloodshot eyes)

So Letterman is back on even though the Writers strike is still on eh? Hmm
Did anyone see him with a beard recently? He looked about 85. (He is 60) :)

I have a bruise about 30 mm wide that runs from ear to ear on my neck under my chin. Can you imagine how great that is! :(
