So the last rave I went to was about a month ago and I took about a 2 month break before that. I'm going to a 2 day event this weekend and as of 2 weeks before this I've started pre-loading with vitamins. 200mg magnesium a day, 500mg vitamin c a day, and just for the hell of it some shiitake/maitake mushroom extracts. My problem at the last rave is that my jaw was practically eating itself and in the morning I could barely even hit the pipe. I've heard some people say magnesium helps the clenching. But when I google, it just says it helps you poop lol. Any info?
