Seen Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, and Jin Roh. All were excellent and top notch movies. I'll note down those too. Others that I've heard awesome things about.

Also on those new DVD releases I highly recommend Patlabor 1 & 2, both are very unpopular yet excellent movies. Awesome plots, very political and technical which appeals to some I guess.
 
Perfect Blue - good choice and worth a DVD purchase :)

The Wings of Honneamise - GAINAX goodness, rent it first though as alot of people find it boring.

Fist of the North Star - one of the worst anime's I've seen - senseless violence and plotless - then again, if u like Dragonball Z you'll probably like it? Rent it first hehe

Ninja Scroll - I don't mind this movie but I personally wouldn't purchase it. It should be interesting to see where they go with the TV series.

Daq - as far as other Ghibli features getting released - I'm pretty sure that Madman are trying to gain the rights to A Tree of Palme. Don't know about any other titles as yet - Disney Studio's owns all rights outside Japan for Ghibli titles and they apparently don't like handing out licences.

Vurt - I have the whole series on fansub - its seriuosly rocks!! Definate DVD purchase for me! :)

Its being called "the next Eva" and "Eva done right" - I'm not sure I'd go that far but its close!

Dont forget Monday the 9th of June at the Astor - the triple feature with Blood the Last Vampire, Ghost in the Shell and Vampire Hunter D - Bloodlust!!

I personally think Blood.... is a let down but I'm dying to see the other two on the big screen!
 
Just borrowed the first volume of Noir!! bloody tired at the moment... but I might try to watch it before bed!

Saw Street Fighter Alpha on the videoshop shelves today... had to borrow it...

its street fighter ffs!

Was very nice :) memorable seeing the old favourites in action!

My mate ordered in volumes 1-15 of Kenshin... how mads that!
