How long does the entire series of Noir run for Haste? Also are there any other films you could bring as well. Something obscure that you think is great ie:not Akira or Ghost in The Shell :)

Or any of the miyazaki ones. Cause ive seen em all.

Kenshin Himura was a hired killer, not a samurai. The samurai worked for the Tokugawa Shogunate, not against.

I just tuned into optus and on the cartoon network i heard an add for cowboy beepop!

Dunno what EP it is, but he was fighting a strange goop which was biting/poisoning everyone
 
Yes, Cartoon Network have been airing Cowboy Bebop for awhile now in thier Adult Swim block - along side Gasaraki and Bubblegum Crisis - Tokyo 2040. Gasaraki is not to be missed if you're got Cartoon Network!

With Tokyo BC, is the dvd ep's any different to the vhs?? Doubt it... but possible

I watched half on dvd, then the other half on vhs
 
My burner has shit itself - don't your breath for the Noir fansubs guys....

we might have to consider other viewing titles??
 
its anime, its good ;)=D doesnt bother me what titles as long as its not too depressing ;)

btw, any of u seen avalon? i just saw it on dvd, same director as ghost in the shell... i loved the way it was filmed. black and white, very stark contrast but soft tones, very noir.

it's almost like live action anime :)

Vurt, Oli owns the DVD of Avalon.. Fantastic movie.

I loaned it to my dad a few weeks ago coz I know he'd love it aswell. I havent spoken to him much since then so I'm not sure if hes watched it yet.

Tho it was a bit confusing at first... a movie made by a Japanese man, in Polish, with English subtitles :) But its definately worth a watch.
