20 years of age and I'm in the top 95% of the population when it comes to strength, your probably in the 99 but I've been training 2 years give me a while...

The true BOMB (legal) was Ephedrine hcl, just like all the 18 wheeler truckdrivers used to buy at every truck stop, until some punk baseball player tried to lose about 20 pounds in a few weeks.... from what I recall, he wore a plastic suit, took ephedrine and other stuff to make him sweat. He died. It should have been the end of the story but the DEA managed to convince Congress that ephedrine was the chief precursor to crystal meth and they got it banned.
You can still get it over the internet, if you're clever. The FDA never cared too much for it either... it actually worked as well as a fat fighter and metabolic booster as anything their suck-ass friends in Big Pharma have ever come up with.

I took 2 pills years ago of Ephedrine, ended up training so hard my tricep was moving about and cramping all the time. It's the shit alright, but I overtrained on it.

My pre-workout booster is 2 creatine tabs, 3 x BCAA and a carbo drink during workout. Does the job.
 
You shouldn't take creatine before you train it dehydrates you. Creatine is best taken after you work out. What you mean tabs btw? Unless your making your own tabs your beiing ripped off most likely. The only form of creatine anyone should use is micronised powder monohydrate or tabs of mono if they want to dish out the extra dollar.

I'd love to try that ephedrine sometime ill have to try and find a supplier.

I think my bad experiance with dmaa might be because I've taken quite a few recreational stimulants before - mdma, amphetamine, cocaine ect, now the dmaa feels like shit in comparison. Possibly...
 
never tried it,only supp i use from them is yok3d and worth every penny.found a spot almost giving jak3d away and i'm about to stock up in buckets cause it's on the to be banned list in my state right now.i may try it.not big od shit that gets me edgy.i'll drink a redline if i need that boost but don't forget,i workout at about 7pm.too late to take shit.i'll be up till 7am...
 
I thought Creatine was best pre & Post workout...?

I tried to dig out a study there but I'm on a mobile and failed... First thing I clicked on was trulyhuge.com/creatinemonohydrateL14.html and that said best taken post workout with glucose.
point in creatine is keeping a constantly elevated level like test is it not?
I'm no expert, yóur clearly more knowledgable than me though that's what I've gathered from my research in the past. I might be wrong though.
 
i personally love jack3d but now that they banned the main ingredient 1,3-Dimethylamylamine i'm not sure that it would be any good. the stuff used to give me intense focus, pumps and strength increases

ive just started taking jack3d and never workout without it, i worked my way up to 3 scoops and 3 scoops makes you feel like shit , like a drug comedown but you didnt get high in the first place..

try 1 scoop mate, nice push but doesent push you over the edge like 3 scoops.

my bro doesent take it anymore...it works for some and doesent for others i guess.
 
This stuff works for me. Some of my friends took it training for the olympics actually. They had to stop for the drug testing though.
 
I have taken Jack3D around 60 times over the last four months. Initially as I was taking small doses I had no problems with the drug. However, as I increased the dose beyond one scoop, I noticed the pin needle feeling in my back especially heat up. I also disliked the change in your psychological and emotion state after the gym. Basically, taking Jack3d is like taking an upper and then slowly coming down, for the whole day.
 
Jack3d is garbage. You can basically consider it a low level amphetamine like drug. In higher doses it's catablolic, neurotoxic, causes vasoconstriction, a comedown of sorts, anxiety, panic attacks, and can cause elevated blood pressure and increased heart rate. Not only that, you become dependent on it.

I used it for a few weeks before I chucked it.

If you need a boost to get you going prior to working out, take some B12, take some L-Arginine, a protien shake, and if you happen to be focusing on fat loss take an ECA stack.

You're right. Post workout results in the highest uptake into the muscles (also include some simple sugars to facilitate that). Pre workout results in most immediate boost. Of course you should be taking it every day, and with ample water.

Creatine only causes dehydration when you first start taking it/loading it. Once you're done loading, it doesn't cause significant water level fluctuations. Of course if you stop, this will repeat when you start taking it again.
 
i dig jack3d but when it comes to this type of thing read the label and buy the ingredients seperately, they're ripping you off pretty hardcore.

It's a pre-workout supplement. You're being ripped off just by wasting your time looking at them.
