IV Heroin User Switching to Dilaudid (Hydromorphone), Dosage and procedure questions

Your doing everything right, they are suppose to leave alot of binder behind, like you said theres only 4 mg of drug in there.

personally when I used the same pills I would crush 4 of em even 5 and throw it in 2 ml's water, stir thoroughly, draw up. (might take a couple cottons due to the binders clogging) you'll only get 1 ml of water is my guess. Go ahead and bang it.

Do a rinse, maybe a second one...but IME all the dilaudid goes into solution on the first shot, the second one I do more out of distrust to that lost ml of water.
 
yeah i get the m4's as well and it takes me atleast 16-18mg to get that rush. if you're finding 12mg produces no rush at all, then i think it could be safe to indulge with 16-20mg.

and yes you are correct in assuming the left overs are just filler. when using 4 of the 4mg pills there will be a lot of left over white gunk. what i do is mix the powder with cold water for 5-10 minutes, then filter thru a cotton 3x using different cottons each time, then all the gunk in the spoon i round up and put a cotton in that and filter just once out of the gunk (although it's not necessary).
 
Sorry for posting on a old one but was just doin my monthly binge and thought I'd offer my method.

First I stopped my dope habbit a year ago and now just a once a month 2 day binge on the dillies.hypothetical method of course.

For me I crush (using a normal BIC lighter and a metal spoon + lots of care and practice) or 7 m4's in a spoon and add 2mg of cool water and stir bout 2-3 min with the orange tip on my 100 unit insulin rig.
Next I toss a fairly small cotton in and draw into a 3ml barrel without the needle. I get a fairly clear liquid and put half or about 90 units into the top cap of the insulin rig and drop a tiny cotton in and draw into my insulin rig and shoot. So I get 2 shots and usually use them a couple hours apart unless I looking for a nice nodd then I do both one after the other. NOTE: this is prob not the cleanist way and my dose is prob way up there so prob wanna start way lower if u do at all. Also I'm gonna say ur best off not doing any drugs at all anyway. Oh and "don't try this at home". I'm not sure what disclaimers I should put in here. Just my "hypothetical" method.

i like to shoot around 32mgs of hydromorphone, and if i can fit all that in a regular syringe im sure u will be fine, granted mine were 8mg pills ,but last time i shot that much i got nothing ,fucking pissed me off so bad not even a tickle god damn fucking methadone, but i thawt fer sure 32mgs would give me somthing atleast breakthrew the mdone a lil , cause if i shoot a few points of dope that i broke off the big white chunk wen im getin rid of a few grams fer people and chrush that all down an dump that shit in the spoon till the mother fucker looks like its gona over flow i will get a huge warm pins and needles great rush granted its prolly like .3 or .4 worth of shit i know the guy ahead of me aint stepin on cause i wont even buy it from him unless its in one big chunk dnt care if its a half gram or 3.5 grams its one chunk or 2 rite on the scale no disrespect but i want the shit weighd out so thers no questions about it or me wonderin did that look a lil small and its all from detroit and i know this kid who has it in my town thats grabin it is to stupid to kno how to cut it and re rock it
 
How does Hydromorphone compare to black tar?

How much Hydromorphone would equal a gram or tar?

I know its easier said then done man, but it really sounds like you need to get clean, When you need that much hydro to feel anything youve probably been using for a long time. Are there any methadone clinics in your area?

i would start with 4 and work your way up

thats not a crazy amount of bags to get high for someone with a tolerance so lets not say "get help".. just add constructive info and move on.
 
I think you will be disappointed.. not to mention how short the high will be every time. You'll get a rush maybe but thats it IMO
 
Listen I've been reading some of these statements and those who say they've done 32 mg of delaudid are crazy, the reason why they are doing so much in a iv use is because they ar not getting all the deluded from their pills in extraction, with delaudid i keep hearing everyone say they use cool water. WRONG!!!!!!! take your M 4 (4mg) pill crush into a powder, using 30 of water and add to crushed pill in spoon, take a lighter and slowly heat up spoon, DO NOT BOIL!!!!! HEAT until water has become more clear, there will be less filler now, draw up and enjoy the ride. WARNING FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN HEATING, THIS INCREASES YOUR AMOUNT OF DELAUDID DRAMATICALLY, SO DO NOT TRY 32 MG THIS WAY , TRY JUST ONE PILL. Hydromorphone is approx. 3 times as potent as heroin. If you were doing 4 bags at a time I don't think you'll be able to IV enough 4mg pills at once to get any sort of rush.

I don't think you're supposed to heat up pills, seems like a good way to dissolve more fillers/binder into solution.
