Hi Fellow BL's,
I have been a long time viewer first time poster...
My DOC are opioids and I recently tried IV heroin which I normally snort, I have become somewhat proficient in finding a vein, registering, pushing half and re-registering and finishing of etc plus the hygiene side etc etc. I am also injecting into my right arm at the crease between forearm and bicep and I am confident there isn't any arteries that I am injecting into there?
As you may guess I am opiate tolerant as I am on MMT of 60mg a day which I however rarely ever take the full dose thanks to a oxycontin habit which at its worst resulted in me snorting/eating 15-25 80mg oxycontin pills a day. I would like to state that I haven't touched any done for three days and even though builds up I doubt its having an effect.
The reason for posting is to ask is it possible for some (me!!) to not experience a rush from IV HEROIN? I have slowly increased my dosage as I didn't want to fall out and even though I get the taste albeit slightly nothing overwhelming I have experienced the same effects as snorted except of course they are stronger e.g. the nod last longer and is more deep if that make sense...
I just increased my dosage again to try (so far tried 5 times) and this time I got what I would assume was the histamine release as it felt as if the back of my neck and my hands were extremely itchy to the point it felt like they were on fire and pins being stuck into them simultaneously if that makes sense and this has since disappeared after 10-15 seconds and then the heavy nod and being high.
The way I see it the lack of rush could be from either:
1. Dose being too low for my tolerance
2. Methadone blocking but Im still getting high and nodding
3. Bad injection point but doesn't make sense as again other effects are felt.
4. Dope isn't possible of producing rush but its potent when snorting and others are getting a rush from same gear.
5. My body cant convert 6MAM fast enough for rush?
I appreciate the input and opinion of any experience members of this wonderful resource.
