More than anything, I just don’t know what to do here, there’s no distraction.

where in the UK are you? i'm in the northwest and we got glorious sunshine. try to get outside, even just a half hour walk.

not that i'm taking advantage of the weather lol i'm in my jimjams watching netflix,but also not driving myself demented with coke cravings.

also, i know its hard, but try to just accept you can't use right now. i basically had to force myself to when i was out of money at my worst. also had times when i was waiting for shit in the post, looking for the postman every 2 secs, even waiting for the dealer. i would usually score about 2 mins from my house and couldn't make it that long without stopping for a pipe of crack.

i tried for the first 4 months ago, cocaine 7 months ago, im a poly drug user xanax,methadone,lyrica,phentibut daily and IV cocaine 20-30 shots a day just got out a 2 week rehab a few days ago to only pick up the day i got out. a little history,when i was 18 full blown seizuring alcoholic that took suboxone as a means off alcohol very stupid. ive never addressed the emotional promblems.

I can't imagine a middle aged body taking 20-30 shots of cocaine daily.
Can't imagine a young one taking it for too long either, to be honest
