Lucid dreaming/sleep paralysis/astral projection

Anybody else have experience with any of these? I have experiences that range from fascinating and beautiful, to the most frightening things I could possibly imagine. I've been leaving my body, and flying around in my dreams for as long as I can remember. I didn't really recognize it as...

I saw lecroute and thought it was where I usually interact with her, in the lounge.
I have been good for 5 or 6 months, and I made a mistake, I repeatedly and Sincerely apologized and feel sick about it now.

Now that I realize he is serious, I am ashamed that I couldn't tell he was serious.

Sometimes I have dreams where I wake up and I have to almost shake myself. I go through my phone, go back in my head. Touch my dog. Anything to remember that it didn’t actually happen.
I’m able to calm myself within a couple minutes these days.
I know how real it feels.
 
I experienced sleep paralysis only once in my life: woke up and was unable to move. I was 19 or 20 and so scared that I actually screamed and cried in my mom's arms.

I do have this episodes where I wake up with a start and I'm completely confused and scared to death. It takes me a few seconds to realize what happened. It got better since I sleep with dogs.

I normally remember my dreams, at least for a short period after waking up. Not in those situations. I never dreamed about aliens. But I know that for some time I was afraid of them.
 
Sometimes the distinction can be made by how a being (animal/alien) makes you feel.

@MedicinalUser247 said the information he gets is helpful. So I guess it or they have no intention of harming him.
