This has been playing on me for quite some time and I can no longer handle it.

What does SWIM mean???

I see it on these forums all too often and really have no idea what it means. Please explain, before my head explodes.
 
SWIM = Someone Who Isn't Me.

Handy for when people are talking about all those drugs that... their friend... yes... a friend... has stashed in their top drawer....

Yeah vines. i looked it up in wiki but can't be arsed to put the link.

and we had a passionfruit vine too. they're pretty, with the flowers and the curly tendril bits :)

the kids are either juniors at the club, supporters, or sick, and it's a big deal to them. holding hands just keeps it organized.
 
since it happened to me again the other morning....why is it that you wake up EXACTLY when you really want to see what happens next in your dream?! every time you really want to see that next part- you wake up. Often for me due to an alarm going off- so it's like your body/head knows how to time it to piss you off!
I mean if your brain is doing it as a cover up because it can't guess n create the next bit...well god dammit if it's dreamt up to this point surely it can dream up an outcome!
And then u try to go back to sleep thinking 'please let me resume me dream!' but it can never happen :(
 
Well if you woke up 5 minutes previously I'm sure you have been wanting to know exactly what happened next after that in your dream.

It's more likely symptomatic of waking up in the middle of a dream you were enjoying. I know when I have crap dreams in which everything has gone wrong I'm quite happy to wake up and not care what would have happened next.
 
^ I dont know, I am smart enough to avoid him at all costs on the tv but I think he may have had training at clown college and majored in hypocrisy.

I want to know why some people insist on posting using a lot of ........... between words or sentences.


.....its like you are ....thinking....as you type....is it really necessary to .....let people know......that you havent thought about what you are.....going to say before you ....start typing?
 
^^ i think the .... is used to represent pauses in speach e.g. 'hey hey hey hey........smoke weed everyday'
well thats why i use ... for anyway
