Is there any real Heroin in 2023?

Oh no, of course. I meant in general. But upon reading my post I can see how it would be interpreted as such

hmmm well I cant speak to right now, but I had no trouble getting on and buying what I needed say 5 months ago-ish. Maybe something has changed since then, idk. But my drugs all come from the pharmacy now.

It seems like such an obvious step. As far as I know it's virtually impossible to overdose by smoking opium. A system of licenced premises that provide a safe space to smoke opium would provide a healthy income in terms of taxation to any government so doing and would ensure only adults can access the stuff. There could be standards and safeguards to ensure that the consumer is using a product that isn't tainted.
 
Just for interest sake but in south africa we still get fent free H. We call it Thai white here and it always gives you what you want.

I think it's reasonable to say that only in North America has fentanyl almost totally replaced heroin.

I note that the Shan States are a possible alternative source IF Afghanistan truly does stop all opium production. I'm not entirely certain that it will entirely stop as some people think since it's the nation's only major cash export.

The Sinaloa Cartel recently had a bit of a PR campaign where they are claiming to ban fentanyl and start producing heroin again instead, so maybe we might see a return of somewhat real heroin in the coming future due to that (provided that they intend to follow through with this).

There are actually many nations in which the opium poppy will grow well BUT almost every nation on the planet has explicit laws controlling it's cultivation. The poppy grows wherever there is no law and order. That's why the civil war in Burma (Myanmar) has seen a huge resurgence in poppy cultivation. The Shan's have the land, the know how and the need for weapons.

I believe that the US has historically got heroin from a few different nations over the decades. As for the Triads, well they are worldwide organizations and will export to wherever make them the most money.

I was interested to learn that the Triads provide the precursors for methaqualone production in South Africa in exchange for the highly prized abalone that can be found around the shores of that nation. Chemicals are cheap for the Triads to provide. Do we think they will break a sweat to provide arms?

China does not much concern itself with crimes that do not harm China.

Here in the UK it's still around, yes.
I buy from trusted darknet vendors and it's always real H.
I look at Wedinos results sometimes and it tends to be zenes here, rather than fentanyl or its analogues but it's not an epidemic for sure like in the US, where I believe real H is pretty much nonexistent now. Those results are from street H. DN vendors don't sell that because they'd be out of business very quickly as customers would shame them.
Mine at best might have diazepam or paracetamol as cuts sometimes, which I'll take any day over zenes etc.
It's normally very good quality I have to say. I stick to the same vendors and they don't mess you about with bad stuff and they test it themselves before selling it as they care about their reputation.
If I lived in the US I could never buy H as I'd know I'd be getting some synthetic opioid and who knows what else.
