i've just been doing some thinking about this again as well because the Coal Port in Gladstone, where i live is meant to have one of the biggest turn over in tonnage or traffic in the southern hemisphere.

there's also a lot of bauxite ships that are situated in town because we have an aliminum plant, QAL, where we export a lot nationally and internationally.

one of my good friends has been working on the ships nationally and internationally now; mainly between here and weipa, china and some other asian country. a lot of the crew smoked weed and carried it on board but were never inclined to test the international customs. saying that, they come and go from here with weed in the greatest of ease - for fuck sake we've shared a joint up deck before! so it suprises me there's nothing that makes it's way here even in small quantities.

sorry for the little off topic bit, imovedtocairns, but it's got some relativity because Cairns gets a lot of water traffic.

I don't know if this is sarcasm or not, but if it is its pretty funny coming from someone who felt to post nothing more than "LOL" in the codeine thread for no reason other than the fact someone else was criticised for doing so.

Lefty that is pretty damn strange, you would definately think something would be coming through a port with so much traffic, especially if a lot is coming from SEA.

no shit thats why i made the thread even cairns you'd think would have some of that china white being one of the first available international airports but i haven't seen nothing and yeah i was being sarcastic i've been hanging out for days now, this site and being sarcastic is the only thing keeping me alive at this point
 
Its one thing to be sarcastic, its another to be a hypocrite but each to their own.

I am sorry to hear you are having such a difficult time up there, it could possibly be viewed as a blessing in disguise if you are forced to kick? I imagine if you have much of a dope habit OTC opiates wont be of much relief, but if you hammer DHC and codeine it has to be better than nothing... I am probably preaching to the choir anyway hey. ;)
 
Haha you are probably right, but I am going to have to settle for a mix of some good buds smoked through my brand new billy. I really should fuck off to bed, I have TAFE tommorrow and I haven't been in 2 weeks because I keep sitting up all night and sleeping all day.

That is strange there isn't more smack in Cairns given it is an international shipping port, I guess there probably is a scene it's just about cracking it, give it some time OP I bet you will find something.

Or move back to Sydney.

Yup this is pretty much availability discussion.

Now I lived in cairns, well grew up there. From my knowledge the following is prevalent.

Speed/Ice/Weed/LSD

I was never involved in the opiate scene, but, it's who you know.

Closed, availability discussion is against the rules MovedtoCairns, also I hope you like psytrance movedtocairns, cause it has a banging scene. Check out a couple of DJ stores near the esplanade (the one that sells digaredoos, forget the name) but all the underground semi-private raves are annouced there. Go to one of those, well if you like psy.
