Do that with 200mg of Xanax and see if the same doesn't happen. That's no reason to avoid a drug, because someone took like 200x the recommended amount and something bad happened. A friend of mine tried to kill herself on a combination of Xanax and Valium and didn't even have close to that equivalent dosage, but still was gone for days.
And yes, that lecture may be annoying, but without some serious self control, it's often too true. I don't like being the "I told you so" person, however, so I try to stay clear of telling people what to do with their own lives unless they have asked for my personal opinion. Not that anyone has done that so far, that's just me venting.
Also, I have heard good thing about Etizolam, so by hearsay I can vouch for it over Phenazepam, if you've got the option of either... I feel your pain when it comes to Psychiatrists; they are such a chore sometimes, and it's hard to get them to fully understand why you opt for a specific drug. "Someone on Bluelight said..." has never worked for me.
