Advice Is it wrong for a male over age 30 to watch porno featuring women aged 18?

I'm 20 and a lot of 18-year-olds already look like children to me.
I'd say that people in their 20s (probably moreso in their mid-20s?) are the most attractive to me, and that will probably increase by the time I'm in my 30s.

If they are ACTUALLY over 18, then that is fine.
It is a red flag to me when people much older than 18 specifically fantasize about fucking barely-legal 18-year-olds.
But it's technically fine to be into this porn because the person is an adult IF it stops at 18.
A lot of these girls are probably underage though, as Senior Moderator said.

To answer the question: of course not. 18 year olds are adults. And I'm not a male that is attracted to females so my answer is objective.
Generally, America is really really weird with age stuff, though. Even when it's two consenting adults. I've seen Americans who think like a 19 or 20 year old who sleeps with a 17 year old would be abnormal or even a paedophile.

Yeah, previously I'd have totally agreed that like late teens was the most attractive age but I'm 30 now and while I recognise that 18/19 year olds are adults (the age of consent is actually 16 where I live), people in that age group just look too young to me now. I'd say mid 20s to mid 30s was the most attractive to me. I think most people are attracted to people roughly their own age.

Lol you should see what people on Reddit say. Women well into their 20s in a relationship with a guy who’s significantly older than them, it’s like look at this sick pervert grooming this poor innocent flower! It’s very infantilizing if you ask me. Where’s the cutoff line for being an adult? Figure out where it is (18 seems fine to me) and then keep your judgment to yourself, as far as I’m concerned. Of course young women can be the victim of abuse and that’s terrible, but that has nothing to do with the age difference and everything to do with the individual who’s in an abusive relationship with them. I get that they may not have the reasoned judgment that people sometimes get with age but goddamn the answer isn’t viewing them as a naive child either imo

But people can have their own opinions on what is and isn’t appropriate, but personally I’m willing to cut people A LOT of slack when it comes to their love life or sexuality, as long as it’s between consenting adults. Seemingly some people believe that watching something on a computer screen is essentially the same as engaging in the behavior, or act, in real life? Its my belief that porno is a fantasy not much different than a movie. I really enjoy the Batman movies, I would even wish to throw on the cape and fight a bunch of corrupt people just like Bruce Wayne; of course this will never happen. People throw the “pedo” word around without understanding what it means.(*) A pedophile is a person who is physically attracted, or to be more precise, actually forces pre-pubescent children to engage in sexual activity. It’s not someone who might be attracted to fully developed younger females. I guess it’s difficult for people to accept this but any female who has certain characteristics, like large breasts for instance, could potentially be deemed attractive regardless of her age. This isn’t my opinion, this is what I have learned from people who study human sexuality.

Why is that, I wonder? Is it the youth? Innocence? Greater likelihood of pregnancy (for those who prefer opposite genders?) AKA more fertile? They just look better? (although honestly, I feel like a persons’ looks peak more in mid-20s, teenagers are just gangly and acne-prone)

Idk man. On one hand, if they are just looking at porn with 18 year olds okay. On the other hand, how often do fantasies lead to pursuing it in real life..:idk the answer to that.

Not sure.

I guess men are biologically programmed to find women the most attractive when they are most fertile and that would be late teen years. Maybe it's something about the 'innocence' or the youthful energy as you suggest. Maybe it's a combination of all of the above.

One thing I will say is that most men under 40 who are saying they would never fuck an 18 year old are liars. If a hot girl of that age was coming on to them there's no way most of these guys would turn them down. Most men will fuck almost anything given the right situation. A lot of virtue signalling itt, especially from 20 year old boys saying they think 18 year olds girls look like kids ffs :ROFLMAO: .

You can legally go two years younger in the country I live in so I wouldn't think twice about an 18yo lol

I think peak fertility in women is in their early 20s, though I suppose it's a difficult thing to collect data on so who knows.

I moved recently and have been going to a new gym that happens to be attended by alot of young people (just due to the demographics of this area), like high schoolers and etc. I look younger than I am, appearing to be perhaps in my late 20s, am fairly good looking and have a girlfriend who is in her late 20s but looks like she's in her early 20s. The sum of these factors, combined with the fact that it's always the same crowd at this gym, has made some of the girls feel comfortable enough to try to come up to me and engage in conversation, some even asking if I have snapchat or instagram (never when my girlfriend is around). I'm nice to them but also not very talkative and have never given them any of contact info.

It's interesting, despite some of them having nice shapes objectively speaking, there is something unattractive about all of them, even outside the notions of right and wrong, legal and illegal, etc. They just seem sort of awkward, and stupid, even the way they stand or walk or the expressions on their face. Just something unsexy about them. And the ones that have tried to talk me were just awkward and annoying.

Whats fucked up is that I see alot of guys (adult men), especially black guys, trying to chat up some of the girls that are clearly under 18. And I see alot of guys staring at them while they are exercising, etc. There's even this one middle eastern dude that wears dark sunglasses while working out, and I'm almost positive he's doing it so he can stare at them unnoticed (which is what he appears to be doing).

Far more attractive are women in their 20s, they just carry themselves in a far more sexually attractive way.

I agree. At that age you're still fresh-faced with great skin, but you've grown into yourself, have more confidence etc.

I reckon however to some people that typical teenage awkwardness and immaturity reads as shy / sweet / innocent, and therefore alluring.
