Advice Is it wrong for a male over age 30 to watch porno featuring women aged 18?

Hello,

I see no issue with someone watching a porno featuring girls who are between the ages of 18-25.

Wouldn't most people agree that this is the age when females are most attractive?
 
In what sense? It's not illegal so it's not wrong in that sense and you are correct women tend to be most attractive between those ages. However, that doesn't mean there are no moral implications. I doubt anyone who is totally pro-porn is going to have any problem with it but among the anti-porn crowd (and there are strong arguments and scientific research backing up the harmful effects of porn) opinions may differ.

If I were a women I could certainly see myself not wanting to date a 35 year old man who spends a lot of time watching naked 18 year old girls. It's kinda creepy.
 
I don’t think it’s creepy for a few reasons, mainly because it’s fantasy land and no actual sex is taking place outside of the video. Another reason is most porn stars are around that age. How many girls do porno after age 30? I rarely watch porno but I don’t see the point of searching for girls aged 30+ when there’s a never ending amount of females under age 25.

Also, if you search for older ladies you’re gonna be faced with some rather unpleasant looking females staring back at you, which is obviously the opposite of what you desire from a porno experience.
 
Personally, as a man in his mid thirties, I don’t know what you’re saying about a woman being her most attractive from 18-25. Shit, my wife hasn’t ever been more beautiful to me and she’s in her mid thirties too. I think it depends on what you’re about. Don’t watch a lot of pornography, but when I do I don’t look for children.

The people who say that shit are showing off because they've been told that by the media and all the celebrities, getting a younger woman is just a status symbol to these people to show off to their friends its kind of gross honestly. You know those types of people who think having sex is a personality and thats all they talk about, or say some decent looking woman walks by and they have to make sure that you see them go "Daaaaaaamn shes got a nice ass bro".

If you want the honest answer it’s because people in the place I used to live would insinuate that I was attracted to young females. Considering I have never tried to date women much younger than I, certainly not teenagers, it must be because they snooped on my internet and noticed I saw (completely legal porno) but with girls age 18-25.

Honestly my knee-jerk response is “yeah obviously” you think I’m gonna start watching old ladies do porno? I think that would be even weirder.

What is really creepy is the fact that a bunch of random stalkers violated my privacy and monitored my internet activity and then spread lies in an attempt to defame my character.

Just my little 2 cents on this: technically no there is nothing wrong with it. As you and some others have said, if they're legitimately over 18 it's legal and a lot of people fantasise about fucking younger people (I am saying people because in porno land this phenomenon very much exists in gay porn as well) it's fine to fantasise and watch it.

I actually do not know how the videos get approved, because the girls look SO young and they have to show the ID of the girls to prove their age in order for the videos to get approved for viewing. Are they really 18 and just really petite and chosen because those individuals look super young and undeveloped?? Or do they have fake IDs?? Are they there by choice? So many questions. The most disturbing thing is that every one of their videos has MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of views. I have tried reporting some of the videos but to what avail, I don't know. If it's one of pornhub's highest viewed accounts that means they're making heaps of money out of them from all the views, so are they likely to shut them down because the girls look young? If they tick all the boxes and provide their "ID", then it's all legit, right? *sigh* It just shows that there are a lot of fuckers who are really in to watching teenagers get fucked aggressively by older people, and thus the child pornography industry is very lucrative. And this is on pornhub, not on the darkweb, not on some obscure site where you need a subscription or anything like that. It's free and viewable to anyone. did you torrent that stuff? there's a site called iknowwhatyoudownload where it tells you what common/popular torrents were found seeding from your ip address.

it makes it really easy to passively snoop on someone sharing your internet, and porn torrent titles have these really unimaginative titles that usually reference age, so it's easy to figure out someone's desires just by looking at that.

Depending on which site you're watching it on, they probably are getting paid for it, so don't stress. The big sites pay their porn contributors per view. It's usually a pittance per single view but as the views rack up so do the dollars they get paid.
