Cocaine Is it a bad idea to do blow before working out?

I have some blow left from the weekend and want to do it, but am wondering if I should do it before or after working out?

Does doing it make working out easier or more fun?
 
don't. can be a lethal combination, the cocaine increases heart rate and is a vasoconstrictor.

excersize further increases ur blood pressure and heart rate, could lead to a heart attack or stroke.
 
if you do it before you might get more of a work out, but it's not worth the risk since it will put strain on your heart.

Cocaine may be one of the worst substances you could use to work out. I would strongly advise against doing coke before and even after working out because of all of the strain that it will put on your cardiovascular system.

I can't see cocaine being beneficial to your workout in any way, either psychologically or physically. It puts plenty enough strain on your heart when you're relaxed, your heart will really suffer if put under strenuous conditions.
 
I can vote for doing drugs AFTER workout. Whatever your brain does when you get tired... It mixes very well with drugs. Reduced anxiety, improved relaxation, amazing state.

If you are trying to put on muscle mass coke will hinder this(before or after doesnt matter). It will throw your body into a catabolic state and basically cause your body to eat its muscles. This is why coke heads have no muscle at all.

Also as all the others said your heart will be put under way to much stress.
 
aside from the horrible heath consequences, I just don't see blow being a good work out tool. Adderall is a lot better for something like that if you're determined to workout on an upper, but that still poses significant risk.

I always feel that I get higher if I do drugs (uppers, downers, herb, everything really) right after a work out. Do a line and just lie on your back and relax. You'll feel really good. I used to do this all the time my freshman year of college
 
Yeah basically what everyone has said, don't combine it while working out - too much strain on your heart. Although interestingly I read an article once saying that a low to moderate dose of caffeine before a work out may be beneficial by increasing endurance based exercise and maximizing the aerobic benefits. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but the literature is out there.

This. Cocaine is not an amphetamine. There are reports of hemorrhages and heart attacks due to trying to work out on it. Cocaine's action on the circulatory system is very dangerous for working out.

Caffeine is safe for exercise.
 
Don't do coke before you workout. Please don't do that. I have hypertension and if I even attempted to do a pushup while on that, I would probably collapse.
 
Doing cocaine before or during a workout will tire you out faster and you will just get a crappy workout. Instead blow the lines and go to the pool or hot tub at the gym if you have that option. Meet some cute chicks if luck on your side.

Caffeines a total different story, is safe, as well as the pretty much main substance that supplement places charge a fortune for. In better words, the "pump up stuff".
Many think the pre-work out is some sorta special sauce, when really its just a big dose of caffeine that gives little energy.

But a lil energy+ placebo effect= BROOO BENCH POWERR
 
I've been around the bodybuilding scene for a while, and every time an NPC or IFBB guy drops dead, the first thing everyone says is 'steroids did it'..... a lot of them are in the party scene though and cocaine is a popular drug of choice for them. Combine that with the elevated hematocrit most athletes have, and its a recipe for stroke or heart attack.
