Is 3000mg of acetaminophen safe? (also question about codiene)

averagegamercabby made a few videos about CWE on youtube, explaining everything in detail. He made some mistakes though and corrected them at the end. There are also a few other good videos about CWE. It may seem hard but if you understand the process it's really easy.

Well these last few messages/stories (especially bunge's, man that sucks) fhave convinced me. I don't think i'm going to risk any damage to my liver, even at a small dose like 2000mg. Doing a cold water extraction freaks me out a little bit too though, not so much the extraction itself, but the final moment when I down the liquid not knowing if I did it properly and actually got rid of it all.

Does the CWE really, really work? I imagine there would still be a little bit of APAP left afterwards no matter what, but does it really work that well?

I know from all the successful stories of it that it must, but it all still freaks me out.

Any tips?

Yeah it was a tough time and the repercussions to the rest of the family were extreme and long-lasting. My auntie has never recovered from her loss.
I know alot of people would say that a slight overdose of paracetamol, once in a while, is fairly safe and 99% of the time that would be a fair comment. As i described above though, falling into the 1% is not going to end well.
Dont be freaked out by cwe, the chemistry though crude, is solidly set in fact and the method is simple. Even if its performed badly you still have less paracetamol is the end solution then if you hadnt bothered to cwe.
If you have any questions about cwe then dont hesitate to message me. Im mpte then happy to trouble shoot for anyone wishing to use these drus in a safer manner. After all, that is what bluelight exists for.

Hey thanks man i appreciate it. I actually won't be taking the pills for a while (way to busy at the moment) but when I do I'll probably take you up on your offer

I can't say for certain but I was always under the impression that around the 3g mark apap begins be able to damage in your liver in acute dosages.
Obviously taking 3g extremely sporadically shouldn't be much of a problem, although I wouldn't recommend it.
Also, codeine is a very weak opiate, I might start with 240mg CWE if you want a decent high.

Heaps of good (and tragic) accounts in this thread.

Energysausage: You seem to be quite concerned about your health, so hopefully you've been convinced to try a CWE. Codeine is not hard to find, so who cares if you lost some in the CWE process?

At least by doing the CWE you know you're getting the smallest amount of paracetamol possible. The worst that could happen after a CWE is... not much. Your body is so much more important than a few codeine pills.

People have had liver failure just from taking the recommended dose for several weeks in a row.

Yeah, I find that the recommended doses contain way too much paracetamol/acetaminophen. The pharmacists say 'no more than eight a day' - but that's 4 grams of APAP per day. That would add up over a few days.

Why does the APAP amount have to be so high? Why not have 10mg (or whatever) of codeine, and 200mg of APAP?

Would the medical system and government prefer people to suffer dire consequences from overloading on APAP than run the risk of a few people getting slightly high by taking a few whole tablets at once?

I completely agree, it makes me angry. I wish they would lower the amounts o APAP in pain medications, it causes much more damage the world over than the opiates.

And yes you are right, I have been convinced to do a CWE! I actually have another full packet of (20) codeine/APAP pills, only 15/500 though as opposed to the 4 others I have that are 30/500.
So im not really worried about losing codeine anymore just the APAP content in the final extraction.

How much water do you think I would need for 7 tablets? (3500mg APAP and 165mg codeine)

Well I actually ended up doing the extraction just then. 6 pills, 150mg codeine, 3000mg APAP.

My final solution was decently clear, but the liquid amount was very small. I hope I didn't waste too much

Its all a case of individual physiology. I use codeine every day for chronic pain, have done for years and i still get a mild opiate high from 60mg!
The problem i find is, although codeine and its related chems give me better effects (and less side effects) then the morphine types, if you go over 120mg (in one dose) the high start to blend with the histamine release and you then cant tell whats high and whats prickly hista effects. An antihistamine on hand is a must incase your sensitive. Otherwise its bloody uncomfortable!lol
Regarding the paracetamol being in codeine formulations, in britain (as far as i know) the laws and guidelines made for these formulations were introduced at a time when the dangers of chronic paracetamol overdose werent widely publicised and when it became important to inform the public of this danger, it was likely easier to slap a warning on a box rather then change the law.
Every hospital ive ever been to always give out the codeine and paracetamol tablets separately and dont stock co-codamol at all.
Its worth noting however that paracetamol does have a co-sparring effect withcodeine and so does have some use in analgesia. But i do agree that the dose is to high in the uk, the us new guidelines are much more sensible.
Energysausage, feel free to get in touch anytime, ive alot of experience with codeine and am happy to share that knowledge.

I ended up doing two extractions.

first time up above was a waste of time, didn't get any noticeable effects from the codeine at all.

Today I did 16 pills, 15/500 (so 240mg codeine and 8000mg APAP)

Ended up with a larger amount of final liquid this time, relatively clear. Wasn't as clear as actual water but it looked safe enough (I hope).

Downed it and still got no effects!! well I got a bit tired and maybe felt a little bit relaxed for a while but that was it. Was so disappointing

Guess codeine just doesn't work for me:(

Anyway thanks to everyone in this thread for all the advice you have given, perhaps one day this information will become useful again if I ever get my hands on something good (like hydrocodone) as i'd say my codeine extracting days are now over.
