During the dark times (for me) it helps to find and think about quotes from other people:

"To the world, you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world."
"Be who you are and say how you feel cause those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."
"There's always a little truth behind every "just kidding," a little knowledge behind every 'I don't know,", a little emotione behind every "I don't care," and a little pain behind every "It's okay."

And most of all: "When you can't look on the bright side, I will sit with you in the dark."

Do you guys have any?

i wouldn't say this is very uplifting, but it's good.
as is this thread, in this sub forum.

my ad hoc contribution:

“When everything seem to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it ....”

― Henry Ford

"The night is getting old," said Aragorn. "The dawn is not far off."
The Fellowship of the Ring

"All that is gold does not glitter, not all who wander are lost"
The Fellowship of the Ring

"Kindred spirits are not so scarce as I use to think. It's splendid to find out there are so many of them in the world."
Anne of Green Gables

"You wouldn't worry so much what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do."
Eleanor Roosevelt

"You're mad, bonkers, completely off your head. But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are."
Alice in Wonderland

the classic "you miss 100% of the shots you dont take" - Wayne Gretzky

Not uplifting but a quote that I like "Always go to other people’s funerals, otherwise they won’t come to yours."

"Always go to other people’s funerals, otherwise they won’t come to yours."
Why would I care whether anyone comes to my funeral-- or even if there is a funeral?

I won't know the difference. Or if I  am aware of anything at all, I probably have more pressing concerns.
