That's way too much melatonin. High doses will actually keep you awake rather than help you sleep. Try taking no more than 3mgs, with 100mgs DPH(avoid it if you can, wake up feeling shite if you take too much or too often). K-pins aren't the best for sleep, save those for your anxiety.
Try to get an hour of fully exposed sunlight to your eyes daily, it helps to regulate sleep cycles, might even help the depression. Try to do high-intensity workouts as well, at least six hours prior to bedtime, beating yourself up with help both the sleep and anxiety.
Avoid caffeine, napping, and alcohol if you can.
