I'd definitely get it checked out, man. How is your breathing? Has it slowed? Is it hard to breathe? or maybe not hard, but perhaps it takes more effort to breathe than normal?
I've never used needles, nor am I a doctor, but it looks like you've had an allergic reaction to something in the H. I've heard about people breaking out in hives and redness/swelling/bruising after injecting drugs. Don't take this lightly. Hives can be very serious. I had an allergic reaction to something before (not abusing drugs or anything) and my girlfriend had to take me to the ER because I was having a very difficult time breathing. The doctor gave me a shot of something (I wanna say benadryl, but I don't know for sure as this was many years ago) and it cleared up the hives and knocked me out.
Keep us informed, man. Regardless of what you decide to do, please be sure and come back and let us know what you decided and what the results were. Your experiences here could very well benefit many others in the future.
