Increasing Rectal Absorbtion

So, dude man took 60mg in the form of 2 ms contin 30mg pills today, dissolved in 10cc's off water, and plugged using an oral syringe inserted just far enough not to shoot any out..... He felt nothing

Is there a possibility that his rectal mucous membranes are completely ineffective at absorbing drugs? He used the restroom about 3 hours before plugging, so he was under the impression that feces blocking absorption would be negligible. At t+4 hours after plugging, he had a bowel movement resembling diarrea, ie watery, after trying to hold in it since about t+1 hour when the sensation began to build. He plans on recreating the experiment tommorow, only this time giving himself a 100cc water enema and evacuating that along with any feces DIRECTLY before administration...can he expect markedly better results given that his colon will be significantly more empty? Or, given that at the time of administration today,he didn't have a FULL colon by any means,but obviously not 100% clean, as there were solids in the feces at t+4.... can he expect the SAME results (basically NOTHING)

Would adding alchohol, or perhaps lemon/lime juice to the solution aid in it's absorption?

Please, spare the sarcasm....he just wants the facts

First off I want to say that I don't know how comfortable putting a solution containing alcohol or lemon/lime juice into your rectum would be. I know 100% for sure that I would not do something like this unless I found a thread regarding someone who has done something like this already without experiencing excessive discomfort.

This would be a good place to start if you have never read anything about plugging before. You haven't really given enough information as to how dude man prepared the plug for anyone to tell you what went wrong with your dude man's plug.
 
Is tolerance an issue for said person? I would say make sure your pipes are clean and try again... I would not stick alcohol or lemon juice up your ass though.

I thought the same thing. FattyAcid you also shouldn't really make more than one thread asking the same question either. Just bump the old one if it is regarding the same topic.

"so, this guy has two more ms contin 30's....tommorow, he plans on giving himself a water enema and expelling it, along with any shit, before plugging....can he expect markedly better effects? Is 100ml of water enough for a cleansing (read:make me shit everything in my colon) enema?

as far as making a new thread, I was looking for more accurate answers, as the earlier thread never really got anywhere other than name calling, this doesn't seem to be either....

Hmm...thanks for the plugging faq, i actually looked for it and couldnt come up with it...thanks again
 
so, to be more specific. 60mg of morphine in the form of 2 mscontin 30mg pills was dissolved in hot water (not boiling), about 20ccs of water... the mixture was administered 3 hours after a bowel movement via an oral syringe to the area just inside his sphincter.... He felt NO effects from plugging the morphine AT ALL, and noted no physical symptoms either (pinned pupils,urinary retention)....4 hours after plugging 60mg of MSContin dissolved into 20ccs of water, he had another bowel movement which was not ALL water....

Planning to repeat the experiment tommorow, this time giving himself a 100cc water enema, and expelling that along with any waste DIRECTLY before plugging the solution....what could he do to increase the experiments efficiency? The question of acids or alchohol was only that, a question, as I have read in a couple places about it being done in order to increase the membranes efficiency at absorbing the morphine out of the water-wax solution....Also, would inserting the syringe deeper into the cavity have much effect on the outcome....I figure the results, if better, would be worth a few seconds of discomfort

Please leave the jokes aside....I'm comfortable with it, and thats all that matters....there, I said I....make you feel better?
 
I'm certainly not naive to opiates, but at the time i have NO habit

I don't have anything to compare it to, but recently (2 weeks ago) snorting 60mg of oxycodone had me nodding all night, so certainly not a high tolerance
 
Find a narcotic converter andf figure out the dose of morphine that is equivalent to 60 mg of oxycodone.

I am willing to bet that one of two issues is causing your problems:

1. your tolerance to nod off of plugged morphine is higher than 60 mg

2. You are used to the effect that snorted oxycodone gives, and the buzz that plugged morphine sulfate provides is more subtle therefore you don't notice it.

I am going to sleep now and I hope someone else is willing to help you.
