i can dig......but for those who don't have that same regularity,or perhaps felt they missed out by a slight miss have @ signal,or just dig his trax, it's for them......

you can call what you play anything you want as long as you use the adjective correctly. my long running problem with "subjective house" was the fact that it is an incomplete phrase with no meaning. your house music is subjective to what? i mean if you are trying to bring across the idea that you spin all styles of house music, then i would just put house music as your style....

but thats just me.
 
The last time I saw Jimmi Journey was at a lawn party outside of Teter Quad, 2001....if I recall correctly, he dropped "Don't call me baby". Is that part of subjective house?

i'm assumed that was Jimi's little winkwink knudge knudge pack alittle home-made fudge to the growing epidemic of people calling one form of house something else entirely... like when the prog Djs started calling what they did tech-house b-c prog was starting to become a bad word... or a simple political statement that, indeed, house is house and everything else is just semantics....

that's how i took it, i guess. i could be wrong... or i could have given him a better idea than what he had for it... whatever... doggin' him for a tagline on a flyer or e-flyer or CD or even from his lips (unless it's utterly stoopid) ain't very jew of us.
 
Exactly, as I've seen it, if house is a spiritual thing, a body thing, a soul thing...... then to me.....even if I'm droppin "techy" or trancy stuff, or even ambient stuff, it's all house "subjectively" realative to what I'm feeling, or attempting to communicate, not because I found it in the "House Section" at the store or online. (Not House the Genre, nor "Tribal House, or Jackin House, or French House or blah blah blah, but House the Perspective or the "Subject" not the "Object")

I didn't know that history lesson though (lot's I don't know) History is a culture's most valuable asset.

Also..... the flyers are here in my hands, finnaly.... so hit up mason or myself for a stack, the will certianly be in Indy soon, so perhaps Mason knows the Indy contact if anyones interested. In either case.... they have realized them selves and are ready for dispursal.
