For real. Although I was hopin' for some jungle (I like yours-- not too loud and obnoxious, full of funk, and melody), but what I got instead was just as good!

In case you didn't know, Brandon, Joshua/Iz named you one of his fave producers right now on www.housearrestevents.com. Congrats, homo!

im not a huge fan of choc's jungle... call me a purist...sorry... its cool that he can and does do it... but he is a house dj and thats what flows through his veins...

just to let everyone know, i filed suit against the building owner for the $500 security deposit yesterday in monroe county small claims court. the other $1k might be used as leverage for a free venue use or two in that spot from the club owner who is different from the building owner that i am suing.

Dope Party?

yo, had a great time. Got smoked n drunk. Ryan we coulda had a killer after party, you dont even know. See you down here next time. Your turn to bring the liquor.

We got smoked fuckers. HAHAHA Ky representin.

just to let everyone know, i just went to court today to recover the security deposit from NLM, and jigme norbu (the building owner) didnt even appear in court, so the judge gave me a default judgment. if he doesnt pay in 30 days, i can have the court start foreclosing on his property.

also fyi, that venue has been shut down by the state fire marshall, but the will supposedly be reopening for use this summer sometime.

Well, that depends if anyone has a lein against the property, and even if it forcloses...... the property owner still has "Right of Redemption" which allows them to buy it back at an amount equal to the auction price paid plus interest and any anything the purchaser had to pay for such items as taxes and maintenance.

Chances are.... a mortgage lender of some sort... would end up with it..... temporarily though... even more likely a trust company.... but after the day of auction..... they still have 180 days on the buy back......

But all is moot....... who wants to leave those footprints over a 1 or 2K.
