Improvements to Pillreports?

Sorry if already suggested but I haven't got time to read through all posts but what about a new user only being able to sign up by posting a report on a pill they have either taken or tested or just bought and plan on doing either of both. The report is then looked at by mods or admin and they decide if it will be put up on pillreports and the report can be put on hold if mods think the user needs to update it with important info.? It's a lot of admin work but would filter out bullshit reports and messers. Might not be as many reports then but at least they will all be quality and the site might attract different users with better reports

My biggest problem with that is - what happens if somebody has some really dangerous pill. They log on in the US but theres no mod online - the next mod to log on may be in a different time zone and the report could have sat waiting to be uploaded for several hours.

I personally would much rather remove the rubbish reports after the fact than have a warning report on dangerous pills sitting around waiting for a mod to sign on.

If people read a rubbish report they should simply give it the thumbs down, leave a comment and move on.

I think, when one is writing a report, that there should be a drop-down box for Tolerance.

E.g, Low, Medium, High.
I say this because people often leave out their tolerance levels (which is actually important to include IMO) and it is often followed up with user questions like, mate whats your tolerance level, how many will be good for me, etc etc.

I think a drop-down box like that would be greatly helpful!!

Its another good idea and Ill add it to the list for the programmer to have a look at when we eventually get some coding done. I know we were discussion how to change the rating section (high/med/low) and this fits in perfectly!
 
I would LOVE a mobile site :) Especially for the iPhone :P Its hard to use the full version of it...

What would also be swell, would be if you could do an upload/report from your mobile...so if you are in a club get a pill, take a pic you can do a trip report on the go ;)

Would get more people uploading more pills, cause i come across a shitload from my dealer that i've never heard of or seen on pill reports (Hes a fair drive from me so i can't always go find/test them if i dont see them on pr i don't take them...)

But yeah, easier to upload a report from a mobile i believe more people would do it..
 
Does price have anything to do with the quality of the pill?. if you paying £2 per pill are they going to be piperazine. where as hopefully you should be paying more for mdma pills. you did years ago in the late 80's early 90's £20. a pill.

so a place to put the price paid could be an idea?

if nothing else you can see what people are paying in other places

This is a tough one as prices dont always reflect quality - a dirty dealer will sell you an asprin if they thought you would buy it (Believe it or not asprin / menopause pills are quite often sold in the states as E).

We do not allow price discussion on PR though! Theres a regional pill discussion thread on here for that.

I can remember in the 80's when dealers were just starting to get Ecstasy (pre stamp days) and they were 25£ per pill. (some dealers needed a few days notice to get you one :D)

Good idea but without funding hard to achieve a mobile version - you can already make a report from your phone (depending on what phone you have that is).

(It was mentioned just three posts up from yours about going mobile)

Yeah it’s funny how you called me a liar, bullshitter, douchbag etc AFTER you were banned - you were quite happy with me prior to that. You ignored the rules and you were banned, plain and simple. You (again) are mixing the truth with facts - you left a link to a controlled substance - the banner 'xtremeherbs' sold 100% legal herbs.

The banner was removed and replaced with our new paid advert (smugglerduds). You know this though as you made another user report on Pillreports to call everyone using the site assholes and telling us we all should be ashamed with ourselves blah blah blah.

So please if you have a genuine complaint take it up with the site owner 'johnboy' - if not then please do us all a favour and just leave!

Improvement to pillreports - banning you for starters :D

Yeah... its a good idea!

That would reduce the dangers caused by dirty drugs supplied
by criminal drug dealers.

Harm Reduction.. that's what this site is all about, right ?

Instead of a fully mobile site, why not create an RSS feed with links to the pills and each is titled it's name.

Many people currently have RSS readers and such on their phones, why not add this as a feed. People could also just search the RSS feed to find their pill.
