I'm gonna disapper

It's obviously an alt, noone would know me on here well enough and know about angelsmoke with just 3 posts ever, can't you do an IP check and find out who it was. A Real concerned friend wouldn't be so concerned about stating who they are.

Martin, anyone reading this forum could gather a ridiculous amount of your personal life, seeing as you insist on airing all your laundry here.

I've been informed by someone that is it someone that has a 2 year ban from bluelight so I think I know who it is now.

The post was thought out and sincere and caring, but it was just wrong, sectioning or being forced into a mental ward is not the answer right now

What do you think is the best answer Martin?

Mugz needs help. IME, sectioning won't help one bit.

My son was sectioned. For attention seeking. It's a long story. But I'll say this. I've shown my g/f some of Mugz's posts and she agrees there is a lot there to remind us of my son. My son was sectioned for very similar behaviour, even down to the point of that behaviour being displayed and advertised through Internet forums.

Sectioning didn't help my son one bit. Locked up and key thrown away for 21 days while psychiatrists don't show up for meetings and didnt listen when they did show up. Help offered to follow up after release that never materialises.

Get off the drugs for now. Surround yourself with people who will support you.

Don't get sectioned.

Being sectioned is only there for:

- if you are a danger to yourself
- if you are a danger to other people
- if you are scaring the shit out of people
- if you aren't safe on your own

Having been sectioned myself I can tell you it's not much fun but I fell into one or more of the above categories for a short while due to too much drugs for too long and I have to admit it was necessary. But it didnt last long, once I had a couple of nights sleep and had time to calm down and wasn't full of drugs.

I've been deliberately not saying much about whats been going on with mugz because it's difficult for me to see reminders of what I was like back then, all I'm gonna say is I'm glad mugz has someone to go back to to take a breather from things, and I'm glad he has enough insight to have come to that decision, and I'm glad so many people obviously wish him well.

YMMV sectioning saved my life, i'm alive, a healthy weight and recieved excellent support (and still am) afterwards, i'm now doing part time college, volunteering construction with a housing company renovating derelict houses for people that need them, have my own place which isn't a drug den & no longer think i have superpowers. Inconceivable when i look at my life 8 months back. s3 was excessive though, thats why i'd suggest going in voluntarily rather than being in a position where you're forced there and can't leave

Alot of it does depend on the doctors/staff at the hospital though, the doc i had was a twat

Is this the first day where Mugz hasn't claimed that he's being watched?

Or did I speak too soon?

The IP check has been done with no success. The 'Concerned Friend' would appear to be using TOR and there are no obvious links to any other Bluelighters.

It's not Wearside Jack is it? ;)

"You are no nearer catching me now than when I started.."

When I first saw the title of this thread, I thought maybe Mugz had moved on from new language to alchemy and planned a real, possibly public vanishing act. A drumroll and, whoosh, he's off to a higher dimension in a puff of green smoke.
Now,
3 pages, 70 replies and some touching posts later, I'm reminded of Kenneth Williams as Rambling Sid Rumpole - " I make no bones about it, my dearies, I'm looking for love."

Take care and good luck, Mugz, however your present situation pans out.

You don't need an account to use TOR, I think the BL staff team have more than a lirtle more tech knowledge than you do, now drop the nonesence that you know nothing about and stop derailing this thread.

Go and try signing up in TOR, or read Mugz post. It wouldn't matter if you posted off TOR once signed up, surely admin can still see the user IP from where it was signed up.

This maybe true I knew a fair bit about a few people on here before I ever signed up.

I'm tempted to agree with what SHM is said. Being forcably sectioned seems like the worst thing that could ever happen in my entire drug taking career, almost. Then what ColourfulKronos says is fairly sound advise, if you could go in yourself and find it helped you, then it may be worth a shot. I didn't find it useful, cos I wasn't hearing anything I hadn't heard a million times before.

It helped my sister, she was put in for 4 weeks after attempting to kill herself, she enjoyed it in there, I tried to get myself in there voluntary once before a few years ago but I wasn't "mental" enough to get myself in.

Anyway, just arranged to go back to Portsmouth on Saturday. So that's that now.

Only short terms docs appointment I could get was on in less than 8 hours time so I'm off to sleep, 8.10 is a stupid time for a docs appointment.

Mugz, that's a really smart move imo, and really quickly organised too if you're going that early.

I think you're in with a chance of getting your deposit back from your new place if youve already paid it btw ... and I think you'll also be able to claim ESA once you've left your job.

Good Luck getting some decent kip in tonight <3

That's good about Portsmouth, hope it works out. Completely agree re doc appointment time! Sleep well and I hope you wake up in time.

*Yawn* Not bored, just got up!

Hope the docs worked out, & that you made it in, Mugs. Look after yourself man! Been following your thread but didn't have a chance to post.

Best wishes, keep your chin up & your head down =D
