Hey Caveman, (or anyone else who wants to weigh in),
I've been doing a program of situps/crunches/pushups/squats every morning for a while now. I do them in sets: at the moment it's 40, 30, 20, 10 =100 of situps and squats, and 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 for crunches.
I'm only doing about 50 pushups at the moment (and only 10 at a time) because i've recently gained about 5 kilos and lost a bit of upper body muscle condition, so the pushups have gotten harder.
My question: If i'm doing this 6 times a week, does this constitute 'overtraining' certain areas of the body? I'm asking because it seems the abs are getting easier, but the squats/pushups seem to be getting harder each time.
