that turd picked multiple fights with me....

I had a big ass tent and multiple people staying in it. there were mltiple chairs outside and a table to hold drinks, food, etc. He comes over and yells "what the hell is this?"

im like "my campsite.....what did you think it was?"

he yells "you can do that here...do have a permit???its $40 bucks..."

"to camp?" i said with a gas face

he stormed off and yelled back that the health dept was on their way to inspect my site.

I scratched my head for the longest time until i figured out he though I set up a food booth. Bob is such a dumb ass.

Actually Anaphase this whole thing got started with this posting by Holva. Check it out....its posting #218. Cosmicpolitan was simply stating her opinion of DJ Kenneth Keith's set because she expected more out of him regardless of whatever the surrounding conditions may have been. It was her opinion....which is entirely understandable based off of the Biography that Kenny uses written by himself. I talked to Kenny about this and he says that it was a misunderstanding....ok I have no problem with that. The "typo'd version claims him to be the "most liked in the Industry", one of the quickest rising trance stars in the midwest and that he is compared to the likes of 4 out of 10 top DJ's in the entire world according to DJ Mag in the UK. Over 700,000 people voted this year in this poll so this is definitely a credible source ....In Kenny's defense these were mere typos.....but in Cosmicpolitans defense she was unaware of any typos until after this squabble. Now you may wonder "Who in the hell is Cosmicpolitan?" Cosmicpolitan is held in high respect by top Trance DJ's around the globe for her opinions. She is affiliated with Monster Tunes, which is affiliated with Anjunabeats(The two biggest Trance labels in the UK), Dance Therapy(owned by Ferry Corsten) as an A&R consultant. She has even designed Ferry Corsten's myspace page....by the way Ferry Corsten was voted the #5 DJ of the year. Just go to her myspace page and see that her profile has been viewed over 19,000 times....and that she is in the Top 8 lists of so many Major Trance Producers accross the globe. I'm not saying Trance is the greatest....I am just building the foundation of Cosmicpolitan as a well respected Trance opinionator. She was simply giving her opinion of Kenny Keith's (Me, Mayra and Kenny go way back) set at freakfest. Following Mayra's post Mr. Holva(Holva and I have been argueing over numerous issues for quite sometime now) decided to refer to me as a "Joke" from which I responded by busting him out on Talking shit about JOHN B and then asking SeaMonkey to please not post his mix due to it not being up to par. And then, of course, you have the escalation of his postings turning to personal attacks by calling me a child molestor, wife purchaser(obviously because my wife is extremely hot and I am an average looking dude).....telling me I purchased my wife....haha.....She is beautiful and I would probably wonder the same thing if I was someone looking from the outside in. But to accuse me of being a child molestor.........that takes the cake.
Shame on you Anaphase Design for first acting like you know me and second for not reading this entire thread before stating your opinion. The other website you refer to also involves a big fight with Holva. He didnt go so far as to insult me there like he has here. But its obvious what Holva will say when backed into a corner.......I am referring to me asking him to post his mix. I'm just happy that Holva never has had the chance of being the dictator of a 3rd world country.....when backed into a corner.....all hell breaks lose and World War Three would begin with his launching of nuclear weapons.

On that first set of mine, I trusted my ears listening to the mains instead, and my mixes probably suffered a little as a result of that. I'm not trying to put blame on you guys for anything... I understand that the conditions were hard to work under. At the same time, I have never been in a situation where there were no booth monitors. Booth monitors are needed by MOST dj's to preform a solid mix whether the mixer has a split cue feature or not. Again man, I'm not trying to talk shit about your alls set up. I thought the Spoololife stage was the shit! I'm just saying, I've never been to party where there weren't booth monitors, I've never played without booth monitors, I can't hear without booth monitors, and it is very, very hard for me to play without booth monitors.

As for Cosmipolitans quote, I don't play happy hardcore. I don't think you present yourself as an intelligent person. You think trance is the most complicated music ever created. Check out some REALLY complicated music, such as Venetian Snares or Shitmatt, then get back to me.... your opinions on music mean absolutely nothing to me. Any one who thinks Ferry Corsten is some kind of genius producer can't really talk about others music abilities.

And Drek, I NEVER SAID I WAS SOME KIND OF AMAZING DJ. You are the only person who has said this. I simply said that I'm a better dj than you, which really doesnt say shit about me as a dj AT ALL. To you on the other hand, saying that I'm a better dj than you DOES mean that I'm some kind of superstar, because you seem to think that you are the greatest DJ in the mid-west.

I do think I'm a good dj. I think I am a very original dj. I'm doing something that no-one else on our side of the midwest is doing... plus I'm probably the youngest DJ in the midwest who plays out at big parties. I think I deserve credit for all those things. I don't just sit back and play big-saw trance anthems like you.

YOUR A FUCKING HYPOCRITE IF YOU DON'T!!!!!! All you have against me is that I won't post that mix, when I even said that the mixing wasn't good. I'm sorry if not being able to play well without booth monitors makes me a shitty dj... in this case, at LEAST 80% of all djs are garbage as well.

This bluelight drama bullshit stinks so much it's more than foul. It's repugnant. Take it to the PMs people. It was entertaining for a while. Now it's just getting tiresome. No need to continue attacking and defending. The only people who care are those knee-deep in it. Unless you have something constructive to say regarding the event just drop it. I'd like this thread to get a few more bumps without being closed by a mod so people might get a chance to notice the posted sets and pictures amidst all the BS.

your friend must be crazy....freakfest was AWESOME!!! Listening to Roxanne from Electric Skychurch sing literally took my breath away....I was so overcome with joy I was almost weeping from the intensity of it.....don't know why your friend had a bad time, but I know a couple thousand kids would tell you what a blast it was.

i had an absolutely fantastic time. There are not many parties like that you can go to and just have fun, relax, not worry about shit except having a good time.

i dont know why people have to focus so much on the small insignificant nothings that paled in comparison to what a great wonderful weekend this party was.
