Why would I post a mix that I'm not happy with. There werent booth monitors, I didn't preform to even my average potential due to that. When you can't hear shit, how are you going to play well? Its not a cop out jackass. If the other DJ's hadn't had booths either, I bet they would feel the same way. Fortunately for Sea Monkey, it was his equipment, he had been there for a while, and had gotten used to the circumstances. Me, I had to go straight from a 4 and a half hour car ride to the decks... which had no booths. You play without monitors in 90 degree heat and we'll see how good you do. Your bad enough with them.

And yah, it was low, but the more and more shit I find out that you talk about me, the less I even give a shit. You mean NOTHING to the scene, you help NOTHING with the scene, you constantly fuck over DJ's around here (some who are friends of mine), and continue to fail.

No, your not celebrities, I just happen to know a couple people that you guys know, and well, everyone knows this shit. Someone being an abusive boyfriend and the female retaliating by stabbing doesn't make you a celebrity, it just makes you those people who are so trashy it becomes rather humourous to talk about.

Well, to be fair, I worked a full shift Thursday evening/night, went home and packed, drove five hours, spent about nine hours helping set up camp and stage in the hot sun, and then went straight to the decks for that first mix with no monitors and no sleep since Thursday morning. ;)

No, I played like shit that day. Anybody who has seen me play will tell you, I have the skills needed. As for dissing on other DJ's on this site, I want you to name ONE besides yourself.

I quoted you earlier on "John B" Holva.....oh and Paladin 5 point whatever.....you gave him hell. I understand lots of people gave paladin Hell and from their perspective it was justifiable. But you Holva.....you simply asked for your mix not to be posted.....and because you obviously have such profound skills as a DJ to be able to say that John B is terrible then I think it is only fair for you to upload your mix.....but you wont do that....its obvious.

John B is a MUCH better dj than me... but in the DnB world he isn't shit. Its completely different to talk about a big name dj and a local, as I stated earlier. As for Paladin, hes not even a DJ... hes a guy in a costume that pretends to play records. But yah Drek, all that you have on me is that I won't post my mix.

Guys like Alex Pi and Raduchi have mixes posted up that aren't to their full potential, and those guys are GREAT djs... but they probably had some problems as well and I understand that. But you have beef with me, so of course I'm not gonna give you the time of day to allow you to hear what is the worst mixing I have ever had recorded and then get on me for it, when I openly admit that the mixing on that isnt to good.

And no, I'm no great DJ like DJ Drek is saying I say I am. I am a better dj than Drek, thats without a doubt. But no, I don't think I am some kind of great dj.

I am creative with my mixing, and I play in a very fun way. I mix DnB into Hardcore, and breakbeat hardcore into gabber... its fun and exciting. I like to get creative with it. I would like to give myself that, but I don't think of myself as having superior skill to most of the djs that I play aside of. I never said I was some kind of amazing dj. Like Kenny said, hes still learning. I'm still learning. I really hope that everybody on this whole board is STILL LEARNING... because if your not constantly improving, then you'll never get ANYWHERE.

Andy-C is probably still learning, and he is one of the greatest djs of all time. Maybe he should go back to his bed room as well? Its pathetic to say that you shouldn't play out until you've mastered the art, because an art is something that can never truely be mastered.

Well, that top quote was actually him. For anyone who doesn't get the reference in the bottom "quote", no, he didn't really say that. That's the banter at the beginning of a track called Blandwagon Poos by John B, which is kind of a parody/retort to Twisted Individual's Bandwagon Blues. It was the first thing that came to mind when I saw Holva dissing I've Been Stalking You On MySpace and American Girls. John B's an extremely diverse producer. He's been producing cheesy epic tracks alongside all of his other stuff for a long time. I quite like some of it. :p

I'll say it again in case you missed it the first time. Split-cue is a wonderful thing if you don't have decent monitors available. Whether or not you knew how to and chose take advantage of it, the proper equipment was available to perform a solid mix. On that first set of mine, I trusted my ears listening to the mains instead, and my mixes probably suffered a little as a result of that. We've all played bad sets live before, but don't go blaming it on the equipment when that's not the case.
