It sucks that you had to be one of the unlucky few who have to learn this lesson the hard way, but you got away with nothing more than some bad memories and a very clear lesson. I've had a similar experience with mPCC tablets sold as MDMA. Since then I always test first, roll later. Now you will too.

Definitely! MDMA is a wonderful drug and your first actual time using it will be a night you'll remember forever. In a good way this time. Just follow the simple novice rules:
-Make sure there is about a month in between to let your poor brain replenish the serotonin (this is playing it almost ridiculously safe, but for you that may be best).
-Test your material! Though I don't think you'll ever roll without testing again anyway.
-Take a low to moderate dose, 1.0 - 1.5 mg/kg body weight. If you're not sure use the 1 mg/kg, you can always drop some more when you realize you feel fantastic.
-Inform yourself. Ask your experienced friends, browse these forums and the rest of the internet and you'll find that MDMA is quite safe and a lot of fun.
-Enjoy! We would like to hear how your first actual time was.

I'm sorry, but the only drug I know that will give you such a happy, peaceful, lovey, talkative mindspace is MDMA. It's great! The only substances that, for me, approach the effects of MDMA are its close chemical relatives like 6-ADP and there is no way you're able to get that over there.
i'm just worried that [...] taking even a 100% pure mdma pill might exacerbate the stress that first pill already put on my heart and nervous system. i obviously recovered fine from this first pill, but i don't want a second pill, even one i tested and/or filtered, to worsen the harm i've already done and potentially lead to even worse health problems, like a heart arrhythmia or something. is this even a thing that can happen? or does your heart/circulation/etc. heal fully in between doses of stimulants? i'm assuming not...
Both your heart and nervous system are fine. When you left the hospital they probably ran a whole battery of tests on you and they wouldn't have let you go if there was a heart problem. It takes a lot of work to damage your heart and even if your previous experience somehow did, you're giving it plenty of time to recover. Unless you have a serious pre-existing condition like very high blood pressure or arrhythmia, a low to moderate dose of responsibly used MDMA is safe.
Thinking your going to develop some heart defect after rolling twice is a bit delusional, lol.

this is really good advice, thanks. the doctor said they really weren't sure what i took, it might have been mdma and my prior use of ssris might have caused me to metabolize it weirdly, or it might have been adderall, meth, mda, or something else too.
I don't think it is good advice. If you wait six months you won't think of it for four months, but the anxiety will come right back when you have that pill in your hand. Wait a few weeks for the sake of serotonin, just to be sure, and go for it. The SSRIs interest me though. Why were you taking those? And were you using them right up to the point where you took your "molly"?

The only way to ensure a safe pill is to open a bag of M&M's. But if you buy from a reliable source and always test, you're as close as you can get.

So I have a couple questions. I know someone whose really scared to try Molly, and their boyfriend and her got some for the two of them. First question; She did a half of an adipex today and she did a little soboxone, will that have an effect with Molly?
These drugs might influence your roll, but at those doses I don't think it would be significant. However you are pretty scared so it's best you have as little to worry about as possible. Wait a week since you took these (that would make it next friday, right?) and these drugs won't affect your roll at all. Use that time to prepare yourself. Browse this forum, talk to experienced users and generally inform yourself. MDMA isn't scary at all.
Second: She's terrified of taking it. They'll be in a great setting, just her boyfriend and her all by themselves at their house. So will she have a bad experience if she thinks she's going to have one? I've heard that how drugs makes you feel all depends on your environment and attitude. Their environments great but she's scared shitless. She's so scared because every time she smokes weed her body goes numb and she freaks out because she hates the feeling. But I heard it doesn't matter how scared you are of Molly once you take it you'll feel great. Is that true? I don't know how pure their stuff is. I know their friend did some last night and felt great, but yeah. Her boyfriend isn't scared at all, he'll do it and either feel great or not feel it at all. She hasn't done any crazy drugs and she doesn't want to do it and regret it like how she does with weed. I told her I'd ask someone who knows. Please reply!
Terrified of taking it but you still want to? That's the very definition of bravery! I applaud you. You are right that once you take it you'll feel great, you just don't realize what feeling great feels like yet. And once you realize that feeling great is the result of that scary pill, all those fears will be gone instantly. You will walk around in amazement, probably touching everything because it all feels wonderful. Your face will be like :D. There is also a pretty good chance you'll jump your BF's bones.
It always makes me crazy horny, anyway.
By the way, the setting you have for your first roll is absolutely ideal. You'll be in a familiar environment with someone you love and who loves you. That is simply perfect.
One more thing: MDMA is nothing like weed. No similarity whatsoever. I personally like weed and love MDMA, but I also know people who hate weed (like you) and love MDMA (also like you). Every single person I've ever met who has taken it (responsibly) says they loved it the first time. I'm actually jealous of you, I would like to experience that first time again!
