ok i just checked, the animation was made in the 90s glass candy made this in 2008 so we are on the right track here somehow. glass candy copies italo disco, the guy very likely used italo disco track for his animation.

i still need the second part of the music, the moogy shit
 
after few listens this is just some kind of poppy update. glass candy completely took the moogiest parts out here replaced with crappy pop vocals
