For starters work on getting your daily dose down. Bupe will saturate like 98% of your receptors at like 4-6mg.
No it won't.
Even 16mg leaves 5% of receptors unoccupied and of course being a COMPETITIVE partial agonist which still undergoes the usual binding-unbinding cycle means a full agonist (or super-agonist) with (much) higher affinity will eventually result in insurmountable agonism.
I sort of assume carfentanil was the response to buprenorphine since it's affinity is so ridiculously high, it's half-life so unexpectedly long so it will shatter the 'buprenorphine blockade'. It's so lipophilic that mesurment of plasma concentrations has repeatedly failed to match subjective duration because it hides in fatty tissue throughout the body.
There aren't many human reports from users who knowingly consumed carfentanil but it's recognized (experienced) duration is a lot longer than measurment of plasma levels would suggest. The same is true of etonitazazine in that it demonstrates a two-phase dose-response which again is because while the plasma half-life isn't that long, it sits in fatty tissue safe from enzymatic metabolism.
