Okay dudes, I've been on the junk for about 6-8 months (ever since June, maybe a bit beforehand) everyday dosing of 4 mg Clonazepam, Xanax 4 mg, Valium by the bottle-loads (50 x 5 mg)...and so forth. So recently I went through about 200 x 2 mg Clonazepam tablets in less than 2 weeks + 50 x 2 mg Xanax tablets...Okay, so let's rewind it back to New year's Day, when I had taken 25 x 2 mg Clonazepam tablets + 3 x 2 mg Xanax tablets + 50 x Lorazepam 2.5 mg tablets + 6 beers + 20 Dolased tablets, all throughout the day...I took my last dose at about 11 p.m. that night. Now, it's Sunday night, at around the same time, and all I want to do is get fucked up cuz I'm so fucking bored, due to the lack of withdrawal symptoms! I know that this might sound crazy to you all, but it's really starting to fucking give me the shits! I want to experience Hypnagogia again, I want to have vivid imagery while I'm laying in my bed, of neon lights that look like eels that control you or sometimes let them be controlled by you...So what's the story? Have I developed a case of benzodiazepine withdrawal immunity? Because the last times that I've kicked benzos before, the withdrawal symptoms were almost immediate. I member 2 years after 2-3 mg day of clonazepam habit, that this terrible wave of anxiety, likened to a tornado was manifesting itself within myself and this was during the 07' elections back when I was 17, and I was scared shitless at the image of kevin rudd's face, lit with neon lights screaming at me and his little green ants were introducing a maze of light green neon lighted nests to come attack me in bed, lol, but none of that shit is happening now...So what's the fucking deal? Alright, I want to kick, but there's no symptoms to kick from? And don't refer me to that bullshit page on Wikipedia...That's just a bunch of weak shit written by weak nerds who sit all day long and complain (Nicolas Cage in Matchstick Men rings a bell), cuz I mean come the fuck on:
The following symptoms may emerge during gradual dosage reduction but can usually be reduced in intensity or eliminated altogether by reducing the rate of reduction:

* Anxiety, possible terror and panic attacks[17][36]
* Agitation and restlessness[17]
* Hypochondriasis[17]
* Dilated pupils[4]
* Impaired concentration[36]
* Nightmares[37]
* Insomnia[37]
* Muscular spasms, cramps or fasciculations[38]
* Electric shock sensations[3][39]
* Blurred vision[17]
* Dizziness[17]
* Dry mouth[17]
* Aches and pains[17]
* Hearing impairment[17]
* Taste and smell disturbances[17]
* Chest pain[17]
* Flu like symptoms[17]
* Impaired memory and concentration[17]
* Increased sensitivity to touch[40]
* Increased sensitivity to sound[17]
* Sounds louder than usual[40]
* Objects moving[40]
* Increased urinary frequency[17]
* Numbness and tingling[17]
* Hot and cold flushes[17]
* Headache[36]
* Rebound REM sleep[41]
* Stiffness[17]
* Fatigue and weakness[17]

An abrupt or over-rapid discontinuation of benzodiazepines may result in a more serious and very unpleasant withdrawal syndrome that may additionally result in:

* Convulsions, which may result in death[60][61]
* Catatonia, which may result in death[62][63][64]
* Coma[65] (rare)

As withdrawal progresses patients often find that their physical and mental health improves with improved mood and improved cognition.

OMG! This list is bullshit and is intentionally written by the wowsers who think that benzodiazepines should be outlawed...A bunch of hypondriac pussies...Anywho, I really want to experience these:
* Hypnagogia-hallucinations[6]
again, just for kicks.

And don't worry folks, I've got 100 x 5 mg Diazepam tablets stashed away nice and tightly just in case the sickness of this 'kick' comes on a little too roughly. Does anybody here have an MBBS degree? If so, could ya let me in on what the fuck me bodies doing to myself.

Cheers guys and gals.8(

Benzodiazepine withdrawal is highly unpredictable. One time you will feel them all (or almost all), another time you will feel fine. It's like playing russian roulette, who knows if it will hit you or not.

Hey loulou reed,
Maybe your right. Cheers for the reply brother man. I just thought that benzo w/d's were almost guaranteed, but now that you have enlightened me with your 'Russian roulette' analogy, it has opened up my mind to the complexities of the neural pathways and how they, exactly, work, or are supposed to work indicated by 30 year old grad students who made 600 bucks last month doing research work.

Cheers mate. You have yourself a good year mate!

clonaz's have long half life yoyo. so even if u stopped everything at sunday. u might not start feeling ur w/ds weds/thursday bro. and when u do. it will be like all hell broke loooseeeeeeeeee

^ I had a 2mg clonazepam habit for 1 year and decided to stop abruptly: no problem whatsoever. That's not to say with the same pattern it will be the same next time...

Friday. I stopped everything at Friday 11 p.m. and it's now Sunday 11 p.m.

Now, you! Go back to your little land of churches and no love.

IMO you live in a fantasy state,
but that's awesome if you got lucky.

I'd say chances are you've got shitloads
of benzo's still in your system and if you don't
redose which I'm guessing you will do
almost definitely then you are probably in for
the start of withdrawals in the next two days.

Hopefully not.

The only minor one taken out was loss of appetite/weight loss.
I put on 7kgs in the month I used to taper.

There were also many more.

Dude, as I wrote earlier today,
I couldn't drive a car for six months
caus my spatial comprehension skills
were so out of wack with my fine motor skills.

There's nothing easy about that ffs.

* Convulsions, which may result in death[60][61]

* Coma[65] (rare)
* Suicide[5][66][67]
* Attempted suicide[53]
* Suicidal ideation[68]
* Self harm[53]

Just because you didn't experience them doesn't mean they are bullshit. Most of those look like they are referenced, and if someone has experienced during their WD they will be included on a list of symptoms.

Similar to a Consumer Medicines Information sheet you get from the pharmacy with your script. If someone has had a side effect, even just a few people, it's on the list.

This thread has nothing to do with harm reduction. Benzodiazepine WD can be very serious, as you seem willingly ignorant to, and like alcohol withdrawal can be extremely harmful or fatal.

Mr Squiggle this thread is either a joke in poor taste or a cry for help. Please PM myself or another mod if it's the latter. If you're after info on benzo withdrawal you might be better off having a look in the dark side forum? Thread closed.
