I think I'm finally taking this seriously...but I need some help.

Lol, were I to have healthier skin, I'd stand a chance of being promoted to full-time server where I work. I have a feeling appearances have a lot to do with getting the position. I suppose I'll see what happens while I wait for another server position to open up.
 
Dinner's been much healthier this past week. Tofu, baked chicken breast, whole wheat pasta, and other good stuff. I let my EBT card run out, so to speak, but I took care of re-applying today. Once I get my food stamps going again, I can afford to eat healthy food when I'm not at work. But even right now, people are commenting that I look like I've lost weight.
Oh, and also, 30 DAYS CLEAN!!!

Keep it up buddy, your human! alot smarter and stronger than any drug in the world, you DID the drug so dont let it do you! your doing great, just keep positive thoughts in your head, that what helps me alot, when I feel anxiety coming on I just remind my self of nice things and feel alot better
