So, for pretty much, all of my life, I have never been a good sleeper.
Pretty much, I like to stay up late, I sleep in too much, and sometimes get crappy sleep.
Usually the reason I stay up late is because I'm not tired, and oftentimes, when I lay down early, my mind will be so restless I will just lay awake forever. The other problem is I sleep in too much, and I am just getting tired of it. Everytime I wake up in the morning, it is damn near impossible for me to stay awake, and most days I feel like taking naps.
SO, I have seen Melatonin, but never tried it, I would like to know if it would help me with these problems? Are there other natural sleep aids or supplements?
