I too had various MPH analogs…specifically Isopropylphenidate IPH only 1/3 the NET affinity of Ritalin, better cardiovascular profile and being considered as a safer version/analog to Methylphenidate, stated in medical journal studies…..and 4-Fluoro Methylphenidate (4F-MPH) having 3.33X binding at the DAT in animal models
Both IPH and 4F-MPH were decent …..but genuine (Ritalin) Methylphenidate is absolutely Amazing for me. In my entire life I only experienced true undeniable Euphoria, both Rx……1st was oral Oxycodone, 2nd was Ritalin (Methylphenidate) which gave me nearly identical euphoric bliss, inner comfort & warmth, extremely joyful, social, talkative, and completely content in my blanket of euphoric warmth
Oxycodone & Ritalin (Methylphenidate) are insanely Euphoric for me
Vyvanse (Lisdexamfetamine) 40mg converting in 3h to 12mg of d-Amphetamine gave me heart palpitations and my friend also experienced them…..scary as it’s Dexedrine with a slow gradual onset. Adderall 30mg XR were ok…..but Ritalin never gave me any cardiovascular worries and all the pleasure
Cocaine & Ritalin compete for the same monoamine transporters and both have an identical MOA, both being “Inverse Agonists” , Methylphenidate being close to 2X more potent by weight at the DAT.
Methadone 30-40mg gave me euphoric relaxation when starting (rotating off Oxycodone & Hydromorphone) and worked my way up to 100-125mg daily over 20 years
And I absolutely love LSD …..of the 70-100 tabs I’ve taken throughout my life I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. Always a mystical beautiful experience, even alone sometimes…..I like the dopamine release LSD has that Psilocybin doesn’t

Opioid, benzodiazepine, Amphetamine/Ritalin, Pregabalin, ethanol, premium tobacco
Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam) 60-80mg IM injection into shoulder muscle (= Valium 30-40mg)
Lorazepam 2mg oral Potent anxiolytic A++
Diazepam (Valium) 30-50mg oral Potent anxiolytic & muscle relaxant A++
Pregabalin (Lyrica) 300-450mg potent anxiolytic & anticonvulsant
Methadone 25mg tablets (100-125mg daily) monthly repeats
Ritalin (Methylphenidate) 50-70mg IR daily
I’ll be comfortable and fully functional (working full time, long time live in girlfriend, active happy full life, wonderful family & friends ……pretty happy considering ….and all the Rx goodies I want
