Doses of morphine in the gramm range are happening, but rare. Complain? Its your right , as a citizen, quite frankly. You could easaly be transfered to fent-patches and buccal tableds for the breaktrough. I wouldnt want to deal with a fucking pump. I hope you know, that this is comes with the caveat of an operation, Yes? The catheter has to be implanted into your spinal region . Guess thats the idear here, he wants to rappidly lower the dose, which is , because the morphine is quite more effective in the spinal region.
It seems to be about drug policy, that's why I left it.
I think that pump would contain hydromorphone. But as I said epidural opioid talk will be held at the date yet undetermined.
