I really don't care whether or not you are actually writing a "screenplay" or not, you might just be phrasing the question that way as a way to protect yourself, which is understandable, especially for someone unfamiliar with drugs and drug laws, or perhaps you may be worried about someone seeing your post (parents, room-mate, whatever). So, I will just answer your questions at face-value.
Question 1. If you were to cut cocaine how exactly do you do it?
I am not quite sure what you mean - do you mean "cutting up", as in making lines for snorting, or do you mean "cutting" as in mixing it with another substance to make it go further? If it's the latter, do you mean what substance would someone "cut" it with or what the process of "cutting" cocaine looks like?
Question 2. How do "legal highs" fair out to "illegal highs",for example is the legal substatute for E, any better than E?
That totally depends on the drug, the person and their opinion. There is no yes or no answer about it. I'm not sure what this "legal substitute for E is and what exactly you would compare it to. Even if I was, that would only be my personal opinion and anyone else might have a different opinion. Obviously some people prefer certain illegal drugs to drugs that are legally available, otherwise there wouldn't be an illegal market for drugs.
Question 3. If you have been arrested because of drugs, how do the police deal with you?
That totally depends on what country (or even what state) you live in, the specific drug, the quantity of the drug, what you were planning on doing with it, your age, your record, the circumstances surrounding the arrest, the particular police officers involved, the drug's legal status, and so on and so on. You would have to be a lot more specific in order for me to even tell you what is most
likely to happen if a person was arrested for possession or trafficking of a particular drug, in a particular place, under particular circumstances.
Question 4. Are you not concerned that you are supporting criminal organisations?
I'm assuming you mean is someone who buys illegal drugs not concerned about this? And what exactly do you mean by "criminal organizations"? And why would you assume that "supporting" anyone or any group who commit a crime is inherently "wrong" or something a drug user would necessarily be "concerned" about? Again, it really depends the person involved, the specific drug, who they are buying the drug from, what the person's personal beliefs and morals are, etc, etc. Also, (especially depending on where you live), it is not always that someone selling a drug is connected with some kind of "criminal organization", or that even when they are that "criminal organization" is doing anything other than selling that drug. This is an extremely complex and personal question and we could have an entire thread about just this one question and people's thoughts about it.
Question 5. What is taking Cocaine like?
Do you mean what it feels like after you take it? It's hard to describe, just like what sex feels like is hard to describe to a virgin, and it totally varies from person to person. We can explain the
average physical effects, but even these vary depending on the individual person, the quantity of the drug, the "route of administration" (how you take a drug: is it snorted, eaten, smoked, injected), and the purity. I'm sure you could easily do a search on the effects of cocaine. But to quickly sum it up, the common effects of cocaine while "high" often include: a feeling of pleasure, happiness or "euphoria", a brief ringing in the ears, an increased heart-rate and metabolism, feeling warm and energetic, and a varying level of paranoia. It's extremely difficult to explain what the "high" or euphoric/pleasurable effects feel like.
Question 6. Have you ever sold drugs?
Probably not something anyone wants to admit to on the internet. Why do you ask? Do you want to know what it's like, or what the risks are, or what the average drug dealer is like, or what??
