I fell for an Escort, what should I do?

If this girl is anything like some of the girls I have known chances are she is not the type of person you want any kind of relationship with. Part of her job is making men feel comfortable and desired, and its agreed by both parties that this is only for the time spent together. However, lets assume she really does like you. With prostitutes, hustlers, whores, hos, etc. It is all about them getting as much money as possible from the clients who they are forced to have sex with and pretend to like, or pretend to have attraction to just to get money or keep them as paying clients.

All of the former hustlers, prostitutes, whores, hos, etc. that I have met and am friends with said sex for pay was by far the worst 'job' or 'work' they ever did.

As a former escort, I can say that I've slipped up and caught feelings for a few clients. Would start seeing them non-transactional, go out on dates, chill like normal. But if the feelings started to escalate I always ended up backing off. I don't think it'd be fair to either party taking trust into account.

I’d feel bad blocking her. It feels kind of rude to someone who definitely went the extra mile on a few occasions to give me an exceptional evening. The messages are pretty harmless and actually go straight to a spam folder. But yeah it’s touting. But I like to think that’s because she’d prefer a 6 hour smoking session with me as a known and not unlikeable quantity rather than dealing with six random walk-ins.
