Not really...my attacks usually go like this: start feeling a drowsy, off kinda feeling for a few minutes...which quickly leads to nausea...then if I let it go, dizziness...if I ignore it for much longer I become extremely fatigued and usually feel like Im gonna pass out.
I wanted to tell everyone, drinking spirulina shakes (green algae, which is a complete vegetarian protien, and FULL of vitamins and nutrients) has helped a LOT with my hypoglycemia. Im not a big breakfast person, so drinking a green shake in the morning really seems to help. The protien breaks down slowly and gives me so much energy in the morning, and seems to prevent me from getting on that up and down blood sugar rollercoaster.
