Hydrocodone/apap 5-500 mg tabs.

It could get him too high and feel nauseous, or it might barely affect him.

I'm with you man, safety first. But I thought it was logical to suggest a higher dose considering he barely felt the effects off of 10mg. The first time I took hydro, I ended up taking (over a period of a few hours) about 45mg, and I by no means was incapacitated or nodding even. My point is that there's obviously a wide margin for stuff like this with all drugs and you're skepticism is probably a good thing
 
I am attempting to CWE 20 APAP 5 mg/500 mg Hydrocodones for the first time. Gotta pretty high tolerance. Usually IV 5-10 30 mg roxys a day. Is this going to be worth it? Can CWE be IV'd?
 
I personally never do over 20 mgs without doing a CWE. Also I usually don't have much of an opiate tolerance if any so 40 mgs is the highest I go and most of the time I only do 20-30.
 
Not unless you have a syringe intended for rhinos or something. Anyway there is still lots of shit in there you don't want to shoot, just drink it. You aren't gonna be pinholed and puking with your tolerance (not even close) but yes it's worth it.
 
I I've read conflicting threads about IV hydrocodone. Codeine can't be IV'd. I've read hydroCODONE can be....should she drink it or bang it? It's been in the fridge in another cup with ice for about ten minutes. How long till she filters it and syringes or drinks it?
 
So I haven't touched vic in weeks and thought 30 mgs should be enough... Ended up not even really noticing it so I took 20 more and now I'm just nodding off, it doesn't seem as nice as normal. Usually even low doses of vic make me feel content, I'm probably just too tired as I've had a long day.
 
My friend has read conflicting info about IVing CWE hydrocodone. It's been in fridge bout 15 minutes, should she strain and drink or bang it. Want to be on the safe side. Thanks.
 
OOPS! Sorry about duplicate post. I didn't think the last one posted. My computer's acting up....anyhow...my friend's getting ready to strain it and drink it...see how it goes. Wish her luck! Never done a CWE, she's going to use a thin shirt as a filter as doesn't trust the thinness of tissue paper. This thread has been very helpful. Will post and let ya'll know how things go....
 
already drank it. Feel okay, not fucked up and noddy but I got a high ass tolerance and I got em cuz I got an infected swoll bee sting on my arm. Swelled like 5 times normal size and they gave me a decadrine or some steroid shot in my ass that hurt like hell but got me wired can't go to sleep.

And your hydrocodone tabs already contain APAP which is an anti-inflammatory just like ibuprofen to begin with. so there is no need to take your ibuprofen. If you dont have an opiate tolerance then even things like vicodin, relatively weak opiates can be strong and make you sick if your not carefull.

Acetaminophen (APAP) is not an anti-infammatory/NSAID at all.
 
I'm really confused... I'm 135lbs and wanna take 5/500 mg of hydrocodone/apap. How many to get high?
 
Gymnastnutmeg that all depends on your tolerance, I've seen people get a buzz by popping a single 5/500. However, I would start with 10mg, possibly 15 and go from there. You can always redose depending on your supply.

In response to the original post, around 25-30mg seems to be a good starting point. Especially with your previous experience. Hydro is fairly weak on the opiate scale and for me at least takes around 50-70mg to do the trick. CWE is smart if your going to be redosing through out the day, however if that's all your taking today then you should be fine, especially since your not consistently taking that much APAP.
