yeah but its not feasible to adjust your dose via oral ingestion if you dont have time to waste waiting for the effects to kick in.

I'd take 3 if you dont get high on anything often or 4 if you are more used to being intoxicated.

Yes but based on her wondering if she can get a buzz from a single 5mg hydro I assumed that she has little to probably no experience with opiates. In which case 10-15mg I think would be a good starting point. Ahhhh how I wish I could use hydro again to feel that warm and fuzzy like when I first started using opiates. Now the demon is in control. Lol

2000-3000mg of APAP isnt that bad if you do less than 4000mg of it in 24 hours. but that doesnt necessarily mean you can do that every day and be safe. It can get toxic real quick and damage your liver if u love doing it and prefer it as a hobby do it a couple times a week at MOST. and no Ibuprofen has no recreational effects to my knowledge and im like 90% sure on that. you'll just be risking more liver damage. Probly more than double it. so ignore that shitty ibuprofen if u have vicodin (hydrocodone).

Generally we discourage bumping old threads in BDD unless you have something very important to add, and this thread is 2 years old, although someone else bumped it a few months ago. It's true that ibuprofen has no recreational effects, but it does have pain-relieving effects. Not a good idea to take a lot of it though, it can cause stomach bleeding and other nasty health effects. And you are right about the recommendations for APAP (under 3000-4000mg in 24 hrs is considered safe, but not for frequent use). I'm going to close this so that people don't see it at the top of the forum and assume it's a new thread. Please PM me if you have any questions.
