Hi!
I have over the last 5 years destroyed my veins by shooting heroin and - even worse - crushed pills (although rarely). This means it could sometimes take 25 minutes to find a spot. So I, no doubt, deserve this, but...
I was wondering, can I "train up" my veins again? And what will it take? Weight-loss (I'm a pretty heavy guy which means that my veins can be pretty hard to see)?? Weight-lifting? Stop smoking (will this have any real effect on my veins)?? Or maybe there's another sollution I haven't heard of.
First off, it has to be said, I've been giving my veins a rest for the last 4 months, and I plan to keep on doing so - I don't wanna completely ruin every vein. But those that are "dead" or "near-dead", will I be able train them up agin?
Or will they just grow out with time again? Or will new ones "grow out"??
NB: I searched for this topic, but couldn't find exactly what I searched for.
I hope someone here can help me, as I really want my veins to become semi-normal again.
