Well, I definitely wouldn't take anything on top of the MDMA to ease the come up. I think the only thing you can really do is remember that it'll pass and make sure you take slow, deep breathes, breath through it. Maybe try to talk with friends, watch something, etc to distract yourself? I don't think anything will make much of a difference though. Honestly, if you have a history of panic attacks and anxiety, and typically have bad anxiety while coming up, it's probably not the wisest decision to use MDMA. It could make your anxiety a lot worse in the long run and you also have a high potential of possibly having a full out panic attack on it... and that would suck a lot. Be careful...
