To OP, man it's like quitting cigs. Just stop, be determined to stop, don't think "I'm taking a break" or "I'm cutting back" just *stop*, with a *good reason* to stop. Get rid of your pipes, hash, even money if necessary, and just wait it out. Distract yourself. You will feel crappy and angry for a couple of weeks but that'll go away, you just have to keep up with not smoking and remind yourself that in a few weeks you'll be able to feel good without thc
It's quite possible you've developed a bit of a nicotine addiction as well.
As for "withdrawal" from hash . . . meh I only smoked weed like that but the physical stuff was food not tasting so great, weird dreams, irritability, feeling moody, craving pot, and sometimes some really really crazy night sweats. Nothing too bad if you really want to quit.
