Last night I couldn't sleep well, and I have been taking poor care of my teeth lately. Ive had 2 dreams recently where one of my teeth was loose, and I felt the pain up until the point i tug on the tooth. Then I realize had a dream.
Instead of brushing my teeth last night when I woke up like i should have, because I don't remember when I brushed last, but it wasnt yesterday, I stayed in bed. Didn't fall back asleep, but instead imagined why it is a person gets a root cannel. Wonder to myself what a root cannel even is. Realize, hey, it's probably what's going to happen to at least one of my teeth if I keep this shit up. Even started to feel the shame associated with the operation, and how long I could put it off after being told i needed one. Brushed my teeth, rinsed with fluoride mouthwash, and I guess I'm going to keep this up at least twice a day. Maybe you need a root cannel? It has got to be the biggest wake-up call in the field of dental hygiene there is. I know I usually brush the fuck out of my teeth after i get a cavity, or at least get scared straight by the promise of one at a future appointment.
I feel though bro, I just had 3 cavities the last time I was at the dentist. But instead I said fuck it to proper hygiene, and am now realizing it can get way worse than cavities.
If your tooth is actually loose when you wake up, and hurts when you've come down and are of sane mind, you have to go to the emergency room or another facility you can afford. I'm guessing you probably can't just brush&rinse the hell out of your mouth enough to reverse the damage that's been done, but it can do wonders to prevent more damage down the road. Baking soda rinse is good because it makes the pH of your mouth very basic. Fluoride is good for both brushing&rinsing because it is incorporated into the enamel of teeth. So brush twice a day, everyday. After you smoke meth, rinse with baking soda or a fluoride rinse. And face the fact that there is already damage to your teeth, and a dentist is your only reasonable route of fixing the problem. Maybe it does need to be pulled, but you shouldn't be doing it yourself. You're not on a stranded island.
