how to achieve the BEST euphoria

The first time that I rolled was the best experience of my life. After I rolled I laughed at how much better it was then having sex. It doesn't even compare. The only thing that comes close for me is the memories of my brother, my friends and I in our early days of bmx. haha I know that sounds funny but there is just that great feeling of flying full speed at a huge ass double, blasting higher than a house and throwing down the biggest flattie of your life (If you rode bmx you would understand). Riding with all my friends and developing TRUE friendships is the only thing that ever came close to rolling. Its the greatest feeling in the world.

what about money, wimming $10 million or something, having it put straight into your bank accound for access whenever u want. Now that would feel good to me. It would make me happy to know I have stability in my life & have cash for all the drugs i wanna buy. But i guess that comes back to drugs anyway because afterall id use the money to buy drugs (well a good amount of it anyway). So i guess knowing u have alot of money for drugs & money for life essencials like food & shelter would make me happy.
& to top it off a good g/f. & lots of goof friends
& ofcourse good health
g/f who u love & she equally loves u back
good friends
money
health
drugs (& just knowing that u could get drugs whenever u want, & not necessarily having to be high from them)...

My greatest euphorics:
1. The ketobemidone of the 70's (what was in them - it was like a combination of heroin, love, adventure, romance and total bliss)
2. My greatest love experience - I finally understood the true meaning of the word passion.
3. Listening to Mozart when my brain was extatically perceptive of classical music (I suddenly laughed at all the rockstuff that I liked before. Tragically this didnt last very long - one day I just lost the ability to get high on classical music. I got back listening to rock, rave etc., but would do anything to get the "Mozartmania" back instead...Everything is brainchemistry.)
4. Combination MDMA and heroin - it IS great!
5. Diconal
6. Living drug-free on Wigmore diet, enjoying wild forests.

Apperently ketobemidone is "a highly addictive [opioid] related chemically to meperidine." (demerol). I've never heard of.

ENOUGH WITH THIS FIGHTING!
Look, I consider myself a decent looking guy but getting hit on by some cute girl falls short compared to even some of the weakest drug experiences .. I am anti-social, simply as I find friends are a waste of time - I am much happier sitting at home on my computer then I could ever be at some party with others, yes, drugs make my web-surfing a little more fun ...
Now winning 10-million dollars might come damn close to "the ultimate euphoria" - sadly my bank account is about $10,002,500 short of that - if someone wants to make a 10m donation I will glady post a "trip report" ..
Now if this thread will continue lets all play nice!

but you're a nerd if you lack the self confidence to live life without the fear that without drugs, you can't be happy.
I would refer to you as a joke, possibly even a moron.
Harsh, but understand what you're saying.
If you want to get into drugs you need to be a person who is sure of him/herself enough to not fuck up (That said if you're a fuck-up to begin with, why not?)
The world after drugs is a completely different place. Happy becomes "super(never before imagined it could be this good)happy" and low becomes "gutter-low"
I don't consider my feelings when high to be fake, because they're just an amplification of what I'm feeling beforehand.
I wouldn't trade anything in the world for my moment of super-duper-happy high, or the world that drugs have opened my eyes to.

I saw this topic a while back & it got me thinking, I also just couldn't get PhreeX 1st reply out of my head. Ok, it's easy to judge him a fuck-up, but that's how most BLs here are considered by "straight" folks anyways(if they find out about your drug use). "You're an idiot, needing drugs to have fun". Maybe they're right, or maybe I just don't consider fun hanging out at a mall discussing important topics like that latest model cellphone or the newest small-town gossip off the grapevine. I can fully agree with tathra, even though i don't consider myself exceptionally intelligent, most of the time I wish i could just be a little dumber & be able to really enjoy hanging out at the mall or be content to live the typical middle-class lifestyle. I speak 3 languages fuently & have travelled quite a bit, & now I'm seeing a shrink 'cause i just can't imagine myself living a "normal" life anymore. It's been both the traveling & use of psychedelics that has made me search for something more. If you can find that in religion, good 4 you, but i've tried & haven't. Last time i felt euforia? NYE at a rave on AMT & opium. 2nd best was having sex completely stoned with a girl I loved. Other than that I can't really remember any "natural" euforia, not even in my childhood. I don't think i would have made it past puberty without drugs. Maybe real bliss is ignorance. Orwell's 1984 explains that nicely. Once you know better the life you used to be moderatly happy with seems to be choking you or simply not worth living without that chemical stimulation.

I apologize if you don't understand my sentence structure Effigy...
Really think it didn't make sense? lol...
I'm not going to get into an argument over who's smarter and who can't read simple sentences...
Should I break it down for you it might be a little simpler...
If you think you need drugs to lead a happy, productive life, you're a loser amongst other things...
You all know it's not healthy, and you all know it can't last...
Go check out the heads from the 60's and the 70's...
OOPS! There aren't any! And if there are, they're probably moddin' a drug forum or still basin' in their parent's basement!
Wake up!
And I'm sure it's my ego that brings joy to me everytime a hot chick checks me out, and I do admit it doesn't bring the same feeling as popping 2 skates, but that's what LIFE is about, Some of you guys are living in fantasy and it won't last...
And Effigy, I suppose I struck a nerve with you.
Might have been the nerd comment, or maybe jealousy, or maybe you're just offended because you don't understand anything that doesn't contain the words dope or cc's...
Get mad, but now that I've read all my posts 3 times over, everything made sense, whether you agree with it or not, AND not one statement was hypocritical.
Not even one.
I've had enough of the childish replies, I was flaming PhreeX worse than anyone and he replied with the most maturity, which earns more respect points than any attempt to prove me wrong...
Props PhreeX, you pass!
Enough fighting, close this topic...
It's been discussed enough?

Tylerdurden - so true bout drug users being "different" (besides the fact that we use) me and my buddies came to that conclusion not too long ago - "We're kinda weird aren't we?"

Natural highs are good but obviously no natural high can compare to drug highs since you are multiplying the natural high by X.
X being the amount of the drug...
The fact that you "can't go back" is sad but true...I can't seem to get back into my old mindset - the way I was before drugs. I look at the people around me and can't relate to the things they do to achieve these "natural highs"
Hopefully "falling in love" will be better than any drug I've tried...its the only natural high I have left...

I think I have a neural abnormality.
Ok, the first time I rolled it was OK...subsequent times have been OK...but honestly, rolling just doesn't do it for me. It's fucking weak and it doesn't feel THAT good. It's nice...but damn, let's not exaggerate things. Ecstasy...it just struck me when I took it first (and each subsequent time) that the name wasn't right but you really can't sell a 20 dollar pill named pretty-good-but-nothing-to-write-home-about.
LSD, though...whooooooo. Never haveI felt anything to match the moment on a strong acid trip where little bits of light start dripping off of everything and you forget who exactly you are and you become EVERYTHING...where you can communicate with someone else without either of you opening your mouths...just an infinite, something...understanding maybe.
But sex is highly overrated, too, it's just unfortunate that every male on earth is born hopelessly addicted to it. Fuck nature, genetics suck sometimes.
Euphoria? That's not chemical...chemicals are just (usually) too shallow. The only real fantasic feelings I've ever felt were deep in zazen or sometimes just lying somewhere in the dark before sleep with millions of thoughts rushing through to just stop suddenly.
At least for me. I have been consistently disappointed by every drug I've tried (with the exception of LSD). Well, that and speed's usefulness shocked and amazed me..
Anyway, after reading all of these, I think I may have a neurochemical disorder, i mean, damn, drugs, or anything else besides deep meditation or pushing a mystical experience just doesn't do it for me.
And ps...trance isn't euphoria...it's the same boring synth strings over the same boring drumline in about 18 9 minute arrangements, all of which are played by every trance dj to the point where you get nauseous or fall asleep to hear them again.
house, techno, jungle, dancing to them all night, funky shit, that's approaching euphoria.
I guess maybe I'm just bitter that trance has hijacked dance music.

all feelings are merely that - chemicals reacting in the brain.
sometimes life events will induce feelings, sometimes drugs induce feelings, but when it comes down to it, it's kind of like the same ends are being produced by different means. drugs cut out the middle man - where have i seen that before?!? :D

In regards to your statement that euphoria isn't chemical because these drugs don't do much for you. I don't think it is a nueral abnormality you have, none (with the exception of IV coke...I haven't tried it) of the availible drugs induce good pure euphoria as much as "natural events."
Experience has shown me you can be unhappy on X (try having some paranoid raver girl be mad and yell at you for no reason and later come back and stick gum in your hair when you have never met her before) you can be unhappy on lots of stims (it is harder but you can be angry and unhappy at life) and you can very easily be unhappy on opiates (my heroin experience was quite dysphoric despite the fact that I love the lesser opiates (I think I was expecting too much and fighting the nod too hard)). These drugs however are enablers and multipliers of your `natural' euphoric systems.
Being in love and having that love returned is a quite strong natural reward. Excstasy lets you love quite strongly people you don't know that well and multiplys the reqard when they love you back (as well as having other effects). Dancing is fun...stims and e make it more fun. Even opiates require you to learn how to enjoy them. Our drugs still only aid and assist our natural euphorias...one day we will do better.
The saying that all euphoria is chemical is differnt. We are saying that because the brain is a chemical system (i.e. it follows the laws of physics and is in the domain of action considered to be chemical (no high energy particles plasmas etc.. floating around in there)) and evidence suggests there is a perfect correlation between brain state and euphoria any euphoria is chemical. That is there is some law mapping arrangements of matter (such as brain states) onto subjective experiences. You only experience your natural highs because your brain chemistry happens to be in a state which maps toward happy mental states.
The point being there is no *inprinciple* differnce between drug states and undrugged states. Even if *inpractive* our drugs are still unable to match the power of natural brain states (luckily for drug users of course drugs work in addition to natural states so they are doing better than just natural).
As to your LSD statement...I may have to take back what I said about my best euphoria being rolling at a rave. That was my best time extended euphoria. Acid, Acid+benzos (really a much better deal), or IM 2ct7+5x salvia (this was utterly mindblowing...made 8 hits look like childs play) has created some truly stupendously euphoric experiences. Well I guess they were euphoric...but often they are so alien to our normal everyday life, or so shortened in time for me I can't really compare.

As an addendum..yes the feelings of current drugs are not the same as the feelings of living a "good life" (whatever that means to you). This is why addicts get treatment (or because they can't score enough anymore). No current drug (with the exception of the psychedelics) will ever create a feeling like holding the hand of a women you love (tho they may create feelings which are better...usually the disadvantage is the memory of these feelings isn't as pwerfully good). The psychedelics, unfortunatly, may make you in love with the universe and replicate those sorts of blissfull events but, fickle like life itself, they may also replicate universal hatred and the deepest misery.
Someday we will have better drugs.
This is why, few if any, of the individuals on this board would recomend regular/constant drug use to the general population (tho I think the country would be alot better off if every mom, dad in the US went to a rave every year). Some individuals however do have a better life this way (perhaps because they are deficent in certain brain chemistry matters or whatever) and there is no reason to critisize them for this.
Moreover, it is pure arrogance to assert "the purpose of life are these non-drug states" On what grounds do you suggest the universe exists so that you can experience the same nieave (yes I can't spell) HS romance that millions of others have experienced? I would tend to argue that we have a duty to create the most happiness in the most happiness and if this ends up using drugs so be it.
On a side note "I have experienced euphoria...and it was good" really cracked me up. I am waiting for the post "I have experienced euphoria and it kinda sucked"

theLoneRadikal: I know what u mean abotu E's not being worth it. I thought the exact same thing until new year. DUnno what caused it, but that was by FAR my best ecstacy experience, DEFINETLY better than sex. Before that it was always kind of mediocre.

Ahhhh,a measured and well thought out response...
Finally someone agrees that though chemicals may make things wonderful, it does come to an end...
It IS destructive, and eventually, you'll look back and miss not having the real pleasures of life to reflect on.
peace.

The first time I rolled...
That was my most memorable moment of all time. It was with my ex-girlfriend and we were both on pink genies.
It brought us closer than you could possibly imagine. And today, well today was the day she decided to break up.
Its sad... It brings me to tears. She showed me everything. The scene, the music, the drugs, life and most importantly, Love.
What can I say? Can I say I regretted our relationship? Can I say I wish her away? No, never. Id give the world and more to have her back. To have her back in my arms just one more night.
What am I to do? Turn to drugs for emotional support? Nope, cant do that. Just delays the problem. It hurts though... The first time I fucked the bejesus out of her, I felt like she was it. Like she was the one and only.
But as with everything... Problems came about. Problems arose and things were said and things were done. Mmmm... I cant say I agree with this. I cant say I agree with much. She says I am a horrible person, calls me all the names in the book and continues to push my buttons with other guys. But still, I amaze myself, I continue to love this girl.
Maybe another day? Another day when we can resolve our differences? Another day when the pure bliss can once again be reached?
I hope so...
And till that day, Ill be searching for that bliss, maybe searching for the second girl I was meant to be with. I really hope it doesnt come to that.
This could be me talking, or could be just an irrational thought brought on by refusal of this break up.
So here I am, writing this in tears and realizing what couldve been.

pink genies are nice, i snorted 7 in a row one night for an incredible "euphoric" experience. haha fuck that, i dont think i've ever experienced euphoria from a drug. I've taken your lsd, oxycodone, mdma, mda, and everything else you can think of, but I agree with above, I have found a very deep euphoric place within me in the middle of some intense meditation. I think meditation is the key to focus and bring euphoria into my life. Psilocybin comes in second though.

sex is euphoric. sober sex can be mindblowing, and sex while chemically altered can be awesome as well. im too tired to say much more. but im really sick of 5T3ll4R. i just don't like his tone.
