20 going on 21....I think I started at the right time because I had one of the best pills in the world for my 1st roll .....a triple stacked white buddha,and I was also at a rave w/two hot ass strippers.Before I knew it I was kissing both of them,and was kissing one right in front of her bf,without even knowing!My friend said ..."um Michael your kissing the wrong chick dude,I said OH...rrright"the next few years 00-01' featured some of the dankest pills such as the white/grey pisces,blue sky,and @ signs just to name a few! I wouldnt trade all my experiences for the world,because I can honestly say that I lived in the good ole days of rolling baby!However 02-03' thinks began to go downhill and pill quality here in the Southeast diminished quickly,due to a downfall in the scene,and heavy crackdowns by the authorities............long live the days of rollin ~~Michael~~

I was 15, very close to 16. I think the time and place and age I did it was perfect and no other time could have done what it did. The experience changed my life completely and if I had done it earlier, I may have been more confused, and later, I would have been more cynical. It was just right.

If I had done it a few months before that, I would still have a few months of school left and it would have been difficult to integrate the experience. A few months after was Septemeber 11th, and had I taken E after that the first time, I would have probably had an extreme panic reaction, thinking too much. Life was perfect when I did it the first time, it just took the MDMA state to see it :) :(
 
I was 17, two months later I turned 18. Greatest times of my life! Im only 19 now so I have plenty more to look foward to. :) Happy rolling.
 
I was and am 34. I partied alot in my younger years, but X was not around. I finally got really strung out from shooting meth for a year and a half so I stopped taking drugs for 8 years (did not drink or get high at all).
X was the only drug I had not taken earlier that I really wanted to try.
 
14, barely. glad. started drinking at 13, 3 months later started smoking and shooms. and 2 weeks later, was doing X all possible times. totally addicted. havent tried nething else, but im gonna do acid, meth, speed, k,and maybe try heroin. peopl knew me at good girl, and then in less than a month: druggie. wow, fun times! but i dont regret it and im stil responsible and in conrtol of my life.
 
XTC4Eva..If you feel that you've become addicted to x, I don't know why in the world you would consider trying substances like meth and heroin which are even more addictive..Give yourself some time, there's plenty of time to experiment..
 
i was 18 well actually it was on the nite i turned 18
when midnight hit i popped my pill. Green Mitsubishi.
cant remember the rave at all been raving since i was 16 :)
i did have sex with my bf in the back of his car tho hehehe
i am no 22 and my affair with e is nearly over. Next year im stopping not that i take much prolly round 5-8 times a year
 
IM with the majority here.... 16... and no, I would not change a thing about that age. I have heard numerous people say that at such a young age it might not be a good idea to do it, since you are still trying to figure out "who you are". I think Ecstasy was an invaluable tool in helping to discover who I am, and I would not have traded it in for anything.
 
19. Good age I think, but bad actual timing in respect to who I did it with.
 
I was 25, and that was a year ago... Last year was fantastic! :)

Before that, I was always curious but two-minded about chemicals... I had tried acid when I was 23... but used to get upset with my boyfriend at the time for constantly talking about taking pills and speed, etc...

Sometimes I wish I had started a lot sooner, in the 90s when people say E was the best... But then again, I'm glad I started now... I find I'm much more responsible and mature about the decisions I make...

I did a lot of reading and contemplating about drugs over the years, before I chose to try...

I think if I had just started to swallow anything and everything at 16 I might have made some wrong choices without first thinking long and hard...
 
I'm one of the older dudes... took my first (and only pill) last year at the age of 30. I always had the fear that I could like it too much - this is why I waited so long and decided not to take more than 1-2 pills / year in order to "keep the magic". Works out very well for me. Besides that I have always been much more interested in psychedelics like LSD, Shrooms and certain research chemicals.
