I rolled for the first time the day after my 19th birthday im glad i waited until i got older to try it. I cant believe some people were younger than 10 when they tried it. That is so young!

19. NYE that just happened. I think it was a good age. Ended up in a dark room at a party. Was listening to the music, watching light shows, getting massages. Just an all around good experience.

If I had my choice, I would have never done it.

LSD is bad for you
The original ecstasy. Bad for you!
and Eww.

In my humble opinion, it is the best high on the planet. I have never met one person who did not enjoy their first roll. I have rolled with straight conservative business types who had never touched drugs, until I convinced them that they couldn't go through life without experiencing it at least once...and even they loved it.

I ate my first two biscuits when I was 16...and my eyes just rolled into the back of my head. I don't regret taking "X" for the first time at that age. However, I do regret my heavy party days in Ybor City in Tampa when I ate the fuck out of some pills...now, my body can't experience a roll like the good old days. I wish I would have stretched it out so that I could still enjoy the feeling later in life. I would love a MDMA drip on my death bed; unfortunately, I now have anxiety attacks at very small doses. SO you kids out there be careful...lol.

Be nice to E, and she'll be wonderful to you.

18 at zenfest 98' in zepherhills,FL..close to tampa...timing was perfect..no regrets...since 98 i only roll like twice a year..so it hits me just as good as the "ol days"

I was 23 and it was the perfect age for me. It gave me a chance to get all that alcohol binging i did in my teens out of my system. Since my first pill I've rarely touched alcohol. Not only did drink make me act like a complete arsehole but i never met any new friends in all my years of drinking in bars etc (too busy ripping the piss out of eveyone). Since i started doing e last year i've met far too many fantastic people to even mention. So many infact that i can't go to my favourite club without running in to someone i've met before. Nothing makes you roll harder than someone coming up to you, giving you a hug and saying; "Hey!, how are you?. I've seen you before!. You always look so...content" ;)

Week before my 19th b'day. Went to a big event in Melbourne. Was the perfect experience for a first timer. 4 years on and still going strong!

I was 15. I Think it was the perfect time to do it. I have alot of stories to tell and am only 16 now and more knowledgeable in drugs and drug use then most people I know.

24.

I *didn't* do drugs, and I rarely drink. But I thought it was finally time to experience a good high though obviously it crossed my mind at various times in the past. Thanks to some good mdma I accomplished that and am so happy that I did

Anyone else surprised that the majority of the responses are between 16 and 18? I would have guessed the average to be in the early 20s myself.

Having started in my late 20s myself, I'm actually quite shocked that a majority of folks started that young. I remember old timers telling me that it's not good to start quite that young because you're only beginning to enter adulthood and your brain isn't ready to process that kind of information.

Upon reflecting on my first experience, I think I agree with that assessment.

Wow it's a pretty serious problem that so many people are starting so young... could there be a worse time developmentally than during PUBERTY? I mean, their brain chemistry and hormones are going through drastic changes over a relatively short timespan so that the child progresses to adulthood. Do you really need to be screwing around with your chemical structure to the point where it stops knowing what to do?
